Divorce asked by Meher?

Hmmm confusing i thought it was Abheer who asked for divorce.. but after todays episode it seemed like it was Meher who asked for divorce :/ very confusingg..

I don't know how honest Abeer was to the press-- because Meher didn't ask for marriage. He stood outside her house for three days and even then she wasn't sure according to the first episode. Also they mentioned that Abeer was the one that signed the divorce papers first. So maybe bua drafted the papers but Meher hadn't signed them and then Abeer in anger signed them thinking that that's what Meher wanted?

I believe he wanted to provoke meher to counter attack him and correct him in front of media!!

Plus he wanted to prove he is a saint and come out clean!!

He said in the first episode that he begged her not to sign it the night before she did and he tried to save their marriage 😭

Honestly, I think they both thought the other person wanted a divorce 🥺

I just watched the scene again and Meher asked him "rakho apne seene pe hath aur kaho ke mein rishtha thodna chaati thi. Divorce kaun chahata tha? Kisne kiya divorce ke papers pe sign?" That's when he said yes I signed them but I came to you the night before and begged to save the relationship.

The dialogue made it seem like he was the one that signed first? 😕
