I couldn't make head and tail of different type of respect Pri was describing. Pri was talking very fast, which clearly said that she is making up the nonsense she is speaking. Respect is only of one kind. You respect people as a result treat them decently and try to help and not hurt feeling. Love is of many kind, not respect, respect can more or less but not many kind.

Pri got caught in her own web of artificial nonsense. She came across as not a nice person. Maliaka caught her in her artificial acts and abuse. It is funny Pri calls herself very sensitive, she is not at all sensitive about other people's feelings.

i agree with you completely. she was completely full of crap and trying to find a way out with her words. at the speed she was talking you could tell that her brain was going 10 times faster.

respect is respect....kissi ke liye zyaada...kissi ke liye thodi. but not different types. like april as already said.....only one kind of respect but different types of love.

how can she say that rumpa ne mere dil mein koi jagah nahin banayi yet still tell her that i love you. makes no sense at all. how can you tell someone you love them yet claim that they have made no place in your heart.....completely senseless.

actually she can say whatever she wants .no respect for them but love them .she can say this because she thinks she is perfect and whatever she thinks is right no matter other will hurt or not but she is very sensitive as she was speaking without taking breath was actually priyanka not that priyanka we have seen in other episode and very well said by mailiyaka she thinks she is perfect and others are nothing infront of her ..a really diplomatic lady priyanka

I think Raj's joint family is in trouble if he marries Pri.

I totally agree with you how can you love someone when you don't respect them.

I feel that there are different types of respect and on a daily basis you are respectful in different ways to different people.Ok, now I respect my parents or parents in law as in obeying respect, i respect my brother and sister as in loving respect and I respect my husband as loving and as well as a respect to his feeings and his expectations...... (but its not the same as in obeying to my parents......), i respect myself as to maintain my self respect.... Now I love many of my sister's friends.... but doesnt mean I respect all of them.....

I think you have to be respectful to earn respect (which gurpreet & Rumpa were not). Respect can only be given to those who earn it. Being respectful is an "action" word. You have to be active in giving respect and your actions will afford you the respect you receive. If you gossip and change your mood and love interests after syaing I LOVE YOU on national TV to the first person who showed interest in you, or if you are lingering to a guy who along with his mom dont even want to talk to you, then you are someone who doesnt have a respect to start with.... so, I feel thatwhat priyanka meant was that she doesnt respect rumpa and gurpreet as she respects her own sister or may be raj's mom... I guess she just didnt explain it well.... thats all.....

Yes there r diff types of showing respect & diff kinds of it too... We dont respect every1 in the same way....... Just like examples Jatti quoted...

She meant that and as usual she said it too bluntly.. ..

I agree. Being respectful to someone and respecting them is not quite the same. Some people tend to be polite to everyone doesn't mean you actually respect them. When you respect someone it means you somewhat admire them, appreciate them. I can't imagine loving anyone without respecting them.

If Pri doesn't respect them she should not say I love you. " I love you" is a term often used among friends. Many times it simply means " I adore you" or " I really like you". When I say it to my friends I mean " you are special". But how can one use it for someone who she doesn't respect?
