Gur Preet is very talented, she has always won cooking contest and she is artistic Gur preet won Rangoli contest among all the girls. She has acquired all these skills at a very young age, therefore must be hard working. She will make somebody a very good wife. In the end Skillful and hard working spouce is a great asset.

what a joke gurpreet's true colours are revealed nobody likes her. as for cooking even butlers can make lovely food you don't need to marry for that. main thing is values which she does not posses

you must be gurpreets cousin too coz anyone could see what she did was wrong. her family im not discussing her family here its her she is extremely rude.

yes yash's Mum she is elder to her you cannot scream and shout at your supposingly going to be mother in law like that Would you like it if someone did that to your Mum infront of everyone no you would not.

oh so all the people here who are opposing gurpreet's behavior are men is it? what an analogy. its not necessary that bcoz her dad is simple she has to be. gurpreet is very immature. tomorrow after marriage if there is an issue will she shout her way out of it. is tht possible. she shud be tactical enough to solve the problem without hurting anyone. thts were maturity plays a huge role.

i am woman and even i was offended with the tone she used to talk to yash's mom...yash mom has never been rude to her...i was in gurpreet's corner until she decided to insult yash's mom in front of everyone...she did not let her speak...kept raising her voice...being bold does not mean that you have to backanswer all the time...bold also means that you have to handle the situation with decency and tact...yes i agree that she had to reply to yash's mom's accusation but she could have done it in a polite manner

Indeed Gurpreet cooks well, and is artistic.There is no doubt about that. A girl all of 21 is quite good as far as the basic requirements of marriage is concerned.

Could I possibly agree more?

To begin Gurpreet is talented. She cooks and and she is artistic. Those things look nice for a bride. but if those are the requirements then I must make a very good wife in the future too. 😆 Nothing against Gurpreet. The girl needs to grow up and someone needs to teach her where to draw the line. At times I was really proud of her but then she proved it once again she is not ready to be a wife. If the matter was only marrying yash and not be part of his family then maybe! as neither of them seem ready for a such a huge responsibilty.

She kept screaming on saturday, Yash's mom didn't even get a chance to speak. I do agree respect must come from both sides but yash's mom has never yelled at Gurpreet. She simply stated over and over again She doesn't see her daughter in law in Gurpreet. It's not a crime.

I am sad to see my generation of people can't reconize what is standing up for oneslf and what is disrespecting elders. This forum was definitely an eye opener 😃

I agee she should have taken the high road and not said anything but she is only 21 and that kind of maturity sometimes comes with age.

She may not be perfect bride for Yash for various reasons given by yash's mom but nevertheless she is very talented and artistic for her age and I respect artistic people.

On the same vain I don't like Yash's mom, she handled herself very badly, I don't like her personality. She every right not to like Gurpreet the way she went around it was very harsh and abusive. She doesn't seem to have good relationship with her son therefore she is trying to achieve her aim by harassing Gurpreet.

In the end I think Gurpreet was misfit for this show. For the show to work in India the brides and bridegrooms should be from similar backgrounds.
