Was Priyanka correct in her explanation? - Page 2

Its not showing colors, its just expressing views. and actually the show is abt the girls, so why not they have more powers?

Hi Ekta, I am not really sure what explanations Pri gave on the show-:

I totally agree to what she told Gulabo. And what she said about Gulabo's politics was right.👏

But, I totally did not think that her decision to send Gaurav home made sense. In fact it was the dumbest decision so far (No offense, but this is my "neutral" opinion). And she did not give an explanation to that. Or maybe she did and I did not get it. Why not eliminate Yash, whose mom thinks he is a "kid"

i think pri was wrong in her decision gaurav was the most eligible of the lot.., but she is competing for a title, also having a lot of power made her think of herself first. But she could have expressed her opinion in a more softer way, she explained about a perfect bride being someone great to a society.. thats right but we always start from home,, i mean be humble and respectful to your parents and your in laws .. say things in a way that doesn't hurt them.. she was really rude.. whether she likes hitesh or not, his mother has to be respected like anyone else.. thats being a perfect bride to me.. in fact a perfect human being.. Coz in future there may be times when her own mother in law has a difference of opinion, she should be able to manage that,,,and definitely not like today...

i just watched the entire show...and i have to say that there was absolutely NO reason to humiliate hitesh and call his mom a politician...i dont know WHY pri did that...either the success has really gone to her head or she is just plain stupid (sorry for the using that word but i cant think of any other way of describing her actions)

when she knows that hitesh and his mom are safe and will be there on the show for at least another 3 weeks...what is the point in taking panga with them??? what was she trying to prove

she wanted hitesh to go for one reason only and that is because he is interested in her STRONGEST competitor

also when she said that she has been observing things since the last 3 weeks..she should have mentioned what things...i would love to know what poltics hitty's mom played with pri...since i saw nothing of that sort

the 3 girls who have left the show were not humiliated..instead the moms were nice and not once did they say anything against those girls or any other girl

coming to the elimination...it was not a dumb decision...pri is a smart girl..after pooja, her stringest competitors were nandita and rumpa...both of whom liked gaurav...this was a classic case of "ek teer se do nishane"

More than anything, Pri lacks the grace and elegance to put things across people. She has that smirk and a condescending look on her face, except when she interacts with beer.

In past when nandita called Hitty's mom a manupulative, mom gave it back in a nice way to nandita. To me Priyanka plainly should have reasoned Hitty out as he is only looking up to Pooja as his would be bride and so she thinks that he should go out of the show, Also she should have praised ( a tont to Raj's Parents) Hitty for being so layal to only one girl and spending the whole time in knowing just one person in this show. This would have had a good welcomed reason by our Gulabo and even Pri would not face any uncomfotable situation at home. To me all the girls either are too immature or are doing this for just trps.

Absolutely agree with u, and u know that I have a soft corner for that Girl, But believe me, she did drive me crazy today. Her explanation for eliminating Gaurav was that she herself is not fit enough to be Gaurav's bride. She thinks Gaurav is too good for her. I don't know what was going on in her mind. But I don't know I haven't still made up my mind about the whole Momma Hitty part, although I din't find her behaviour as bad as it is being projected on the forum, for the Momma Hitty issue.

I was not entirely surprised by Pri's decision. That girl has always put looks above the grey matter in the show. Her choices were Rajbir and Yash initially, ie. the two hunks in the show and not the two brains (Gaurav and Vivek) in the show. She was asked to eliminate the guy who she could not think of as a potential life partner and she eliminated Gaurav which is pretty fair to me. Why did she pick Gaurav over Vivek? I think because she got along better with Vivek's mom than with Gaurav's mom.

Anyway Gaurav is better off outside that mad house than inside. No wonder he was all smiles. I am sure he will find the right match for himself in the real world and not be limited only to Rumpa (who clearly comes across as an opportunist) or Nandita (who cannot make up her mind where she wants to be).


Coming to the Hitty and mom issue, it clearly looked like she wanted to say more but was shut up by the bossy Hitty mom.


As to being rude, I wonder why is it that young people are supposed to always be respectly when the elders trample all over them. Pri had nothing to gain and everything to lose by opening her mouth and yet she did. Hitty mom may not have done anything to her personally but we have seen how she treats the rest of the girls. I think it was high time that somebody showed that bossy lady her place. Vrinda gave it good too.


I wish they show the ouster of the bossy mom and the fighter cock son next week and do not keep them just to raise trps.


Btw I am no great fan of Pri or for that matter anyone else in this show. I would personally prefer grey matter to looks. But then it is Pri's life not mine.
