Alrite, this is the first time I am doing it. Hope you all would like the update. I would try to improve as time goes on. Thanks to all.
I am not sure of the usual procedure of doing it, but for those of us who don't have enough time to go through the whole post, plz scroll to the end to get a jest of the episode.
Lights, Camera, Action ....
Romit Raj arrives on the stage in a Bhangra mood. Shekhar asks him,"Whats ur problem dude, is it the pressure of the show, have u gone insane or what is it, Speak up. Baigani shaadi mein abdullah deewana :P". To this ROmit replies by announcing his wedding. Wishes are exchanged in typical Shekhar Suman style, while ROmit dances to show his happiness.
He announces that a lot of things have changed over the past 3 weeks in terms of relations, friendship and many more, but there are certain things that refuse to change.
A clipping of daily routine of the Kunwar Quarters is shown, with lot of mischief by Our sweetheart(well atleast mine 😛) Baby Hitty. Though everyone is given some footage in the clipping, but main focus is Hitesh. The way he teases and imitates the others, and in the end Vivek pulling his leg. Hitesh tries to hide his face on seeing this and Shekhar passes a comment saying it's all the excitement of getting married.
Romit throws in a couple of more clippings focusing how ppl get tied down by love and happily are ready to change themselves for their beloved 😊.
Gaurav and Rumpa are shown asking each other to wear something else that they want the other to see in. And both of them happily do it for the other person.
On being questioned by the Rishton ke Paarkhi, they replied they needed a reason to converse and this is what compatibility all about. Listening and changing as per each others wish.
Next clipping is Baby Hitty and Momma Hitty trying to convince Poo to turn Vegeterian. On being questioned,"It would be an adjustment if the DIL can have Non-veg outside the house, but compelling her to turn Veggie would be a comprise.", Momma Hitty replied "I am just putting forward my view, bcoz my hubby stopped eating meat for me.". She also added that she's very flexible in all the matters as she always says, be it education, career, household-chores or anything. She even mentioned that Baby Hitty believes in not leaving something that is so dear to him, just on a trivial issue like Non-vegeterianism.
Malaika questions Baby Hitty on the same issue and he replies diplomatically saying "He belongs to the Rajput Clan. 90% of them eat Non-Veg, but exceptions are always there. And he dreams of his next generation also being Vegeterian. There is nothing wrong with being either veggie or Non-vegeterian."
Pooja replies by saying, "it's not such a big issue to be discussed for so long. Leaving non-veg is an adjustment and not a comprise." She would not comprise with her self-respect and family prestige. If her husband ever tries to man-handle her, she would walk-out of the relation.
Next FOCUS in the show was "Focus-Focus". A clipping of Nandita and Gaurav playing focus-focus was shown in which they decided to remain friends in long run.
Nandita was questioned if Vivek was her second choice after this conversation with Gaurav, to which she smartly replied she never had an interaction with Vivek before that, so Vivek being her 2nd option doesn't exist. Any opinion she had about vivek was just based on her observation, which had changed alot after conversing with him. She also politely answered that Gaurav was never her sole-focus, she liked the two of them and wanted to know them better. So it's not circumstances that have pulled her into liking Vivek, since she has compatibility issues with Gaurav.
Vivek even said that It won't be a problem if Nandita's career requires her to be away from his family for 4yrs. Even Momma Vivek consented for the same.
Nandita also clarified her statement of saying Vivek uski takkar ka nahi hai. She said, she had quoted it before she ever interacted with Vivek. Moreover, on being asked by Shekhar if she has to decide between her career and someone without whom she cannot survive, what would she do, Nanditta said firstly there is no such person in her life and secondly, you can fall in love only if you allow urself to fall in love.
Malaika adviced her to try falling in love, afterall it's not that bad a thing, and that too after Momma Vivek accepting to wait for her for 4 yrs.
Nandita replied, that its not must-n-should for her to go to the US, her plan-B of action would be implemented incase her family/family-to-be is not comfortable with her going abroad, and she would pursue her education in India itself. But the chances are 90:10.
Romit asks Gaurav if he would like to utilize the 10% window that is still open, to which he replies He would like to know Rumpa better and take their understanding a step further. He justified it by saying, it won't be fair to interact with both of them. Our beloved Gaurangi approves of it by saying we shouldn't try to keep anyone in dark, by showing dreams to both of them. So it's better to stick to one.
Romit believes in sharing house-hold responsibilities with ur spouse equally, and invited Swati to test it upon two kunwars. She selected Gaurav and Yashdeep for the task and recited a list of ingredients for Biryani. Both the Kunwars had to run to the store and bring all that they could from the list within a minute. Gaurav came back with 17 items, out of which 1 item was not in the original list, while Yashdeep came back with 17 items, but only 15 were present in the list. So Gaurav won the task and had a chance to visit Mummy Mahal along with the groceries on Tuesday, and also for a Biryani luncheon cooked by Swati.
Swati openly attacks Rumpa by saying Gaurav is her focus now (on a jovial note though), and Amrita Rao advices her to prepare awesome Biryani so that he forgets every other girl.
Romit announces that The Task of the Week for the girls was Bollywood act, and Swati decided to take Yash on a date after winning the task. A clipping of their date was shown on the screen and Gurpreet was asked to share her opinion about them. She said, she found them very cute, even after being asked if she was jealous or something.
Swati was asked if had decided before-hand itself, that she would take Yash out for a date, to which she replied, she was shocked that she had actually wont he task, so there was no scope of deciding whom to take for the date was completely ruled out.
Gurpreet was asked, if she had issues with Swati asking Yash for a date, and she replied she knew where his focus was, so it was not a problem. She and Yash knew where each other's focus was, so it din't matter to her, if he went out on a date with Swati. Yash further explained that after their first date (two weeks back), they had started knowing each other even better, so his focus was on her only.
A clipping of Daddy Y's visit to the house was shown, where both Mommy Y and Yash had a chance to meet Daddy Y and express their views about Gurpreet. Yash tried his best in the clip to convince Daddy cool, but Mommy Y prefers Nandita, Priyanka n Pooja over Gurpreet for obvious reasons.
Shekhar questions Mommy Y on the same, to which she replies that "Yash to abhi bacha hai, bahu toh hamein dhoondni hai". Gurpreet's non-vegetarianism is an issue as Mommy Y's is very Dharmic. She even din't like non-veg being served at Mummy Mahal, as it came through the only entrance in the house, that happens to be the Temple entrance too.
Shekhar also pointed out Mommy Y's statement of calling Gurpreet very immature bcoz of her habit of getting up in the morning and demanding food, and in her words "Jo khud hi itna hulla machati hai, woh bte ko kya sambhalegi". Malaika and Amrita cross-examined her about a general mindset of the MILs that the daughter can sleep for long while the DIL should get up and do the household chores, Mommy Y replied that she would instill the same qualities in her daughter too. Shekhar asks her if she doesn't see those qualities in Gurpreet, and even Gurpreet asks her "Aunty, aise kaunse sanskar hain jo aap mujh mein nahi dekhti?"
Mommy Y says, she doesn't have anything personal against Gurpreet and she would like to take time to know the other girls too. The other girls did interact a lot with the MILs while Gurpreet din't spend so much time with the MILs. She has definitely interacted well with the grooms, but not the MILs.
Shekhar further demanded explanation about Yash n Daddy Y's conversation about Gurpreet and said Daddy Y sounded not so inclined towards Gurpreet. To this Yash replied that Daddy Y had just seen her on TV and there is a lot of difference in personally meeting a person and seeing them on the TV. Yash also came to Mommy Y's rescue when Shekhar attacked her on her statement about Gurpreet's morning woes. Yash said that he too has been staying outside for the past 3 yrs has experienced similar things a lot, where Mommy Y terms him being immature n irresponsible.
Amrita Rao further asks Yash what would he do if his mom doesn't approve of Gurpreet and He is serious about the relationship, to this Yash replies, in such a hypothetical situation, He would not get married at all.
Next was the Romantic Jodi of the week and the contenders for the coveted title were :
Raj-Pri : 4 roses.
Nandita-Vivek : 1 rose.
Poo-Hitty : 3 roses.
Everyone teases Priyanka about her Karva Chauth ka vrat and Raj-Pri again win the Romantic Jodi of the Week Title.
On being asked what the reason was for them being so close to each other, Rajbir replies that when he first met Priyanka, he felt that she was one among her family. (The usual stammering begins) Amrita Rao advices him to take deep breath and then continue with his dialogue, So Rajbir further states that he fell in love with a movie character once and always wanted a wife with the same qualities, but He sees a lot more qualities in Priyanka. Priyanka says when they met the first time, she knew he was the right person, and is serious about the relationship. Mommy Raju says she also likes their pair and their co-ordination. On this Romit asks her to choose one girl among the remaining 7, whom would she prefer as her DIL, assuming that Priyanka is not on the show. Mommy Raju replies she also likes Pooja bcoz Pooja loves everyone and co-operates well with all, and also that she finds these two qualities in Priyanka also.
Kahani mein Twist …
Romit calls Pooja onto the stage and behaves as if she has committed the biggest crime of her life. Shekhar supports Romit in all possible ways and tells Pooja that they came across a secret revolving around Pooja. He asks her if she is aware of what he is talking and says whether he should show it on the screen, to this Pooja replies that she is not aware of it and would not mind if they show it on screen too. She even said she would accept her guilt, if she has done anything wrong. But to her knowledge, she din't do anything wrong till day, so she would like to know where she went wrong.
Shekhar in his most dramatic way says, the audience is not aware of this, and the truth should come out as it is a reality show. So he asks Amrita Rao and Malaika to go onto the stage, and they request Hitty to come over to the stage while they bring the truth in front of everyone. Baby Hitty comes in with a cake and hugs Pooja while wishing her on her Bday. Pooja calls her mom and brother to join her and the remaining Brides, Grooms and MILs also join them. Our Gaurangi eats the cake, while Amrita Rao whispers something into her ears. Pooja thanks everyone for the surprise and says she is missing her Dad and her sister, as she and her sister same the same Bday.
Amrita Rao confesses that she is very happy as Gaurangi ate the cake and when it was pointed out that it had egg, she replied by saying that "Beti ke Bday ke din sab chalta hai." Romit gifts Pooja with an opportunity to dance with Hitty, and they dance for "Jee karda bhai jee karda".
Romit continues with his presentation of the week's clippings and the running around the kitchen scene between Momma Hitty and Gaurangi is shown, where Momma Hitty has some face-pack applied on her face. Shekhar felt very happy that the two of them had sorted out their differences and are happily gelling up with each other.
Romit calls upon Shekhar onto the stage to announce the PBOW. Shekhar announces Priyanka's name and congratulates her. He asks her if she had her speech ready, and she says whatever she spoke was from her heart, and she would like to thank the MILs, Grooms, Her friends (Brides), her family and the Audience. She would not just live up to their expectations, but would give them more. (Wow, kitna typical tha). Apna Rajbir is all smiles already (Ek date aur jo mil gayi) He says he is already enjoying the moment, to which Shekhar says the happiness is visible on his face. Shekhar asks him, if she would win the title the next week too, and Rajbir says, he can't say anything, but would wish for it.
Romit announces that It's not only the girls who have to be eliminated always, and next week it would be the turn of a Kunwar to leave Kunwar Quarters forever. The responsibility of deciding which Kunwar would leave is in the hands of the PBOW (a.k.a Priyanka Sharma) and congratulates her on her new responsibility.
Romit makes an announcement about the LUX Main Bhi Perfect Bride Contest, and invites MOW a.k.a Momma Hitty for the eliminations.
He asks her if she had made a decision or not, and how long did she take to make the decision. Momma Hitty starts her drama, says she is attached to all the girls although they have been here only for a short period of time, and it's all her decision. She states that since her son has already selected whom he wants to get married to, Momma Hitty doesn't have a chance of saving her. She also says Amrita is perfect but she doesn't have a chance to be her DIL. Romit invites Amrita onto the stage and also tells her that her only chance to survive in the show is if Rajbir saves her. Rajbir is asked to come onto the stage, and Romit asks him if he would like to save Amrita or not. Rajbir is supposed to make the decision within a minute, which leaves him in a dilemma. Rajbir enquires if it's necessary to use the power, as he was told by his friends that it's not necessary always. Romit says it's Rajbir's wish whether he wants to use the power or not. Rajbir says he would not like to use his power, and thus can't save Amrita. Momma Hitty says she agrees with the decision and would like to tell Amrita that she is like a daughter to her and always be ready to help her, when needed.
Amrita gets all emotional, and says, what Momma Hitty did is correct as she had full rights to select her DIL. But she doesn't want to leave the house as she has fallen in love with her friends and would be missing them a lot. She also says she learnt a lot from everyone, especially Nandita and in turn, taught Nandita to be more emotional. She wishes Rajbir Luck, and says she is leaving with a lot of friends. She was here to find a Life-Partner and not to participate in a contest. She is perfect in her own way, but they guys din't realize it as she doesn't interact much with everyone. The show ends with everyone hugging each other and crying.
Confession Room :
Vivek supports Rajbir's decision, but Gaurav begs to differ. He thought Rajbir would save her, as he had already saved her the previous week. Rajbir clarifies that He found Amrita in a frustrated state, and din't want to increase her sufferings by letting her stay to on the show for some more time. He felt that her commitment towards the purpose of being there was less, and thus she needed to go. Same goes for Momma Hitty too. She felt Amrita was not focused. Amrita is shocked that Momma Hitty eliminated her without any choices. Swati is all excited about the Groom's Elimination (Revenge Time). Rumpa and Nandita also make similar comments, and want the grooms also to feel the insecurity that the girls go through.

Romit continues with his presentation of the week's clippings and the running around the kitchen scene between Momma Hitty and Gaurangi is shown, where Momma Hitty has some face-pack applied on her face. Shekhar felt very happy that the two of them had sorted out their differences and are happily gelling up with each other.
Romit calls upon Shekhar onto the stage to announce the PBOW. Shekhar announces Priyanka's name and congratulates her. He asks her if she had her speech ready, and she says whatever she spoke was from her heart, and she would like to thank the MILs, Grooms, Her friends (Brides), her family and the Audience. She would not just live up to their expectations, but would give them more. (Wow, kitna typical tha). Apna Rajbir is all smiles already (Ek date aur jo mil gayi) He says he is already enjoying the moment, to which Shekhar says the happiness is visible on his face. Shekhar asks him, if she would win the title the next week too, and Rajbir says, he can't say anything, but would wish for it.
Romit announces that It's not only the girls who have to be eliminated always, and next week it would be the turn of a Kunwar to leave Kunwar Quarters forever. The responsibility of deciding which Kunwar would leave is in the hands of the PBOW (a.k.a Priyanka Sharma) and congratulates her on her new responsibility.
Romit makes an announcement about the LUX Main Bhi Perfect Bride Contest, and invites MOW a.k.a Momma Hitty for the eliminations.
He asks her if she had made a decision or not, and how long did she take to make the decision. Momma Hitty starts her drama, says she is attached to all the girls although they have been here only for a short period of time, and it's all her decision. She states that since her son has already selected whom he wants to get married to, Momma Hitty doesn't have a chance of saving her. She also says Amrita is perfect but she doesn't have a chance to be her DIL. Romit invites Amrita onto the stage and also tells her that her only chance to survive in the show is if Rajbir saves her. Rajbir is asked to come onto the stage, and Romit asks him if he would like to save Amrita or not. Rajbir is supposed to make the decision within a minute, which leaves him in a dilemma. Rajbir enquires if it's necessary to use the power, as he was told by his friends that it's not necessary always. Romit says it's Rajbir's wish whether he wants to use the power or not. Rajbir says he would not like to use his power, and thus can't save Amrita. Momma Hitty says she agrees with the decision and would like to tell Amrita that she is like a daughter to her and always be ready to help her, when needed.
Amrita gets all emotional, and says, what Momma Hitty did is correct as she had full rights to select her DIL. But she doesn't want to leave the house as she has fallen in love with her friends and would be missing them a lot. She also says she learnt a lot from everyone, especially Nandita and in turn, taught Nandita to be more emotional. She wishes Rajbir Luck, and says she is leaving with a lot of friends. She was here to find a Life-Partner and not to participate in a contest. She is perfect in her own way, but they guys din't realize it as she doesn't interact much with everyone. The show ends with everyone hugging each other and crying.
Confession Room :
Vivek supports Rajbir's decision, but Gaurav begs to differ. He thought Rajbir would save her, as he had already saved her the previous week. Rajbir clarifies that He found Amrita in a frustrated state, and din't want to increase her sufferings by letting her stay to on the show for some more time. He felt that her commitment towards the purpose of being there was less, and thus she needed to go. Same goes for Momma Hitty too. She felt Amrita was not focused. Amrita is shocked that Momma Hitty eliminated her without any choices. Swati is all excited about the Groom's Elimination (Revenge Time). Rumpa and Nandita also make similar comments, and want the grooms also to feel the insecurity that the girls go through.
