was like homecoming for Sushant Singh Rajput, when he visited the sets of Pavitra Rishta to shoot the last episode of his first television show. As conceptualized by Ekta Kapoor, the last episode of Pavitra Rishta will see all its original artists making a special appearance. First, Rithvik and Asha made a comeback on the show and now Sushant will make a special appearance.

The big question is what character Sushant will portray in the last episode as his character Manav was replaced long back by Hiten Tejwani. Talking about this Sushant says "I will play my original character Manav and will unite with Archana after death. The story will show Archana and Manav both dying in different accident and later they will re-unite after death."

Talking about his special appearance on Pavitra Rishta, Sushant said "I feel so nostalgic. The show and this set are so close to my heart. This show completed a glorious five and half years of journey and I am happy and proud and that I was the original Manav of the show."

Ankita Lokhande, real life girlfriend as well as on-screen wife of Sushant in Pavitra Rishta was seen enjoying every bit of last episode shoot. She said "I am so happy that Sushant came for the last episode. What more can I ask for."

The shooting wrapped up with a cake-cutting ceremony and Sushant also participated in the same.
