Kinnary , Her mom , Ankita and Manasi will successfully sit on this till Manasi gets pregnant .

Ankita has been the biggest disappointment ever today. I should stop expecting anything from this show. this is cheating people for what? whose bhalai? mansi's? if she can't have a proper relationship with a man after this, how would a marriage help her mental status? and if she gets preggers, how'd she explain that? will it be better for her or anyone if this comes out post marriage? and hows this fair to shashank? he's been exceedingly kind to them and the least he deserves is honesty! not nonsensical explanations! the only person this could possibly benefit is ankita as she won't have to face harassment in sasural but how'll she live in the same house as her sister's rapist, looking at his face everyday? Y CANT THESE MAHAAN DEVIS B HONEST! ITS LITERALLY THE FIRST THING YOU LEARN AT SCHOOL! BE HONEST, DONT LIE! PATHETIC!

im purvis biggest cheerleader right now. i don't even care about the hypocrisy in her statements about arjun making fun of her feelings (once, that too after she's pulled him around the village with a collar on his neck for 25 odd years). I'm just glad that at least arjun is getting his just desserts. its too much to ask for purvi to pay her dues so I'm glad that at least someone is being shown the reality mirror. ovi is pathetically trying to better this arrogant ****'s life and he keeps on yelling at her as if she's an irritating demanding wife! ovi really needs to stop being a doormat and just refuse to help him in anyway! she should just say i wont tell her anything but i won't help you either! she should not let pia help as well. she should shame him that he didn't even recognize his child. i hope purvi gives him hell till he dies.

Precisely my thoughts .

Who is gonna face a better future with this silence and shaadi charade when thats the last thing Manasi needs right now ?

Only Ankita . She will continue living in that rich family .

Sister will go on to destroy Shashank's life . Don't touch me , this and that for years . If he wants to face a future without normalcy , that should be his CHOICE . If he is told about the rape and still marries her out of love or principle , fine . But should not he be told ?

I felt sorry for his mother , she has simple expectations and this does not come anywhere in them . All she wants is the happiness of her son . Thats the reason she objected to Ankita as she was coming home tired and too late , bogged down with too many responsibilities . So like a simple maharashtraian middle class housewife she rather liked the sister as she felt she would make her son happy .

Manasi will not be happy in any marraige right now .

Marraige is NOT the solution to rape , even in Vandu's case PR showed marraige as the solution .

Shashank had sensibly suggested at least postponing the marraige as he sensed something was very wrong .

What they will show is a Manasi becoming pregnant . And mostly Raunaq divorcing Kinnary and 'forced' to take responsibility .

Arjun disgusts me .

Things are getting messier in PR by the minute with strange choices by female characters.

Manasi decides to hide about her harassment by Raunaq before the rape. She waits till things go that far. And the one person she tells is who? Kinnari. Wow! What logic? Sunanda would have been a better choice as a confidant.

After the rape, one can understand that she does not have the composure to tell Shashank. But why is Ankita trying to let it go? What logic is behind not allowing the person who would be most affected by the incident (and who must have a choice) to know?

Shashank is the junior victim of the non-existent rational thinking abilities of PR ladies.

The senior victim of it is of course Arjun, but to a great extent he has invited this state himself by being obsessed with a woman who does not trust him and does not listen to him even for a second. So, he hardly deserves much sympathy beyond human consideration.

Yet if we look at the logic of the ladies in that track, it makes no sense at all. Returning to India after 20 years, Purvi has been given the right to hire and fire people. She goes to office regularly. And yet can't she get one person in the company to get to the truth about Arjun's marital status of 20 years? That would be the easiest way to find out. Or couldn't she go back to Arjun's house when she knew Ovi and Arjun were not there and try to get the truth from the servants? No, of course she wouldn't do that. What does she do? She keeps getting entangled in strange situations with people like Chadda and RK.

And yet she keeps blasting at all men she comes across. It is just so absurd. The best was on Jan. 6. I just watched the recap on Youtube. It is only five minutes. But here within two minutes, she goes from accepting in a message that she agrees to do anything RK asks to blasting him for asking her get married to him. It is hilarious. Lately, that is the only mode in which she is shown.

Ovi too is being stupid in continuing to support the charade of a man who has no appreciation for her. I think the only sensible female may turn out to be Pia. At least let us hope so.

CVs please take pity on the viewers and all the male bakras in the show.

Your female characters are getting to be too much!

But isn't what Ankita is doing is actual reality in many middle class home. What could she do and with what support system?? Raped girls are hushed and married off. The rape victim also quickly realized that standing up as a victim of rape isn't that easy - facing society is no cake walk. Girls marry and if they are preggo due to rape/premarital sex will quite pass it iff as hubby child!! And ethics - that is very different for different individuals - and to survive, ethics can also be twisted to benefit oneself...

Btw, Pia the character is sooo baseless, unbelievable and unrealistic...

Mansi and Ankita both disappointed me big time..

Mansi not wanting to tell anyone and giving Ankita kasam to keep it to herself and Ankita bigger fool as she is keeping it from Mansi's fianc Shashank who has every right to know. Ankita is not even considering Shashank's suggestion for postponing the wedding but she wants it to happen as schedule..

What is wrong with these female leads??

two wks back we all knew Mansi was going to be raped by RTR I wrote telling ankita won't do much as she will go Archana way.

There is no diff between Aaji Archana and Poti Ankita. Both are rapist enablers. Instead of telling Ankita Mansi should have told Shashank..He is very level headed guy plus he is journalist..He has power to bring this into media and get RTR his punishment. He could be a very good support to Mansi..

Dunno what more to say abt 21st century APs and their gaatha or katha..

i really do understand what everyone is saying about how difficult it is to fight a rape case in india and all but funnily enough, this is the show where purvi had a child out of wedlock and that came out in a bhari party and noone in the samajh of pr seemed that conservative about it. nobody spoke of it ever. she was the d-clan's daughter who had her brother-in-laws baby. thats pretty hardcore against conservative samajh ideology then pray tell y the society of pr had nothing to say about that but will be conservative about a rape and question the girls character? especially since she's the generation after, wouldn't society be even more open minded now?

and comparing this to the arjun purvi situation is just ridiculous. if he was marrying purvi without telling her about the disease, that would b a problem. its not a problem if he doesn't want to tell a woman, who is no longer his wife that he's dying. thats not information she's entitled to unless arjun feels like she is. despite of that, i think ovi is wrong in helping arjun in any way at all. and I've pretty much given up on her as well. but id b a lot more irritated if purvi was marrying arjun and ovi helped him hide vital information such as impending death from purvi. i was irritated when she tried to talk arjun into keeping onirs secret from purvi. you can't build new relationships on lies. they break. archana manav based on lie, they spent most of their youth alone, ovi arjun on ovi's deal and arjun's lies so it fell apart, onir purvi based on false hopes- broken, purvi arjun based on lies they told other people- broken. the moral of the story- don't start new relationships with lies or on a negative note! ankita here is hiding information that shashank should b privy to since he's about to marry a trauma patient! if mansi breaks up with him then she doesn't owe him the truth, but for as long as your forming a rishta with the guy where he is taking your responsibility as a husband, you owe him the truth. and if ankita can't tell shashank the truth cos its not her truth to share, then she shouldn't lie about it as well or tell shashank everything is fine and keep this rishta going when mansi doesn't want to marry anyone after 3 days of being raped as she's literally afraid of male touch.

Ankita is not supposed to fight Mansi's battles but she sure is supposed to put some sense to her and guide her right. Ankita could have convinced Mansi that letting Shashank know abt the rape is the right thing to do as he is her fianc. Ankita as a elder sister has responsibility to guide her right and be a support than..

There is a differene between Ovi and Ankita.

Ovi and Purvi though foster sisters were involved with the same man. And its the man who has chosen to not let love of his life know abt his illness..So it is not Ovi's responsibility to tell Arjun's news.

While Ankita is Mansi's elder sister. THis is a rape case. Comparison is apple to oranges. Ankita does have responsibility towards Mansi.

But Ovi does not...If Ovi-Purvi were like real sisters we can than expect that loyalty from Ovi towards Purvi...But when Purvi did not show the same loyalty towards Ovi when she found out Arjun was engaged to Ovi and started falling for and romancing Purvi..

Ovi-Purvi's relationship is not such.

Mansi-Ankita's relationship is of a great bonding.

Hope I am making some sense here...NEways that is my POV.

ADD: I am against Ovi helping Arjun in this charades and have voiced it since the first day he called her to help.

arjun case is different here he has problem but he does not lose her mentality and his control on himself so he perfectly able to take decision

but mansi is a victim who totally harassed by physically and mentally so she is unable to take decision ...she needs a strong supporter

in arjun case its totally arjun's personal information and now purvi is not his wife so here ovi has no responsibility to tell purvi anything with out arjun wish and mansi 's case is more sensible and she is going to make a life long relationship.

every girl will be hide her situation to the world bcz they think world will be mockery of her and will be destroy her family and her reputation . how u will be expect from a girl who lost her soul so its a big duty of her family , neighbor and people around her to support her ,and fight for her rights so that she will be able to stand again with full respect...ya its true her loss never be gain again but at least she will try to stand again...
