Orange has dietry fibre that is what you need ..the vitamin will only give you vitamin C but not the fibre .Sprinkle little sugar or just a little bit salt ( very little ) ..There are nice oranges yaar ... I got some from metro today ...in fact having them right now 😆

I picked up oranges and Florida naval oranges at the grocery store.
Had one of each. Feeling good.
Any stomach exercises?

I am 5'5" and went from 130 to 140 in one year. There was no exercise and ate comfort food during this time. I don't look fat but I have picked this 10 lbs around my tummy and arms. I am the only one who can tell when I wear indian fitted shirts.

Cardio n crunches but it's the cardio that will help

Also focus on eating locally available Food

I do cardio on my fav machines treadmill and elliptical machines. I read today that squats with weights close to the chest works on all stomach muscles. I will try this on Monday.
I do crunches during warm ups. It helps a lot. I guess that I should add more repetitions.

The whole mess has been made by Sunanda Tai . She has spoilt Raunaq AND Kinnari's life by forcing them on each other .

It was superb to see Raunaq too busy on the phone just as Kinnari was constantly on phone for a change ...if one forgets the fact that he was texting Manasi .

The Raunaq Manasi story gets more and more exciting . It will be interesting tomorrow ...i think Kinnari will refuse him as a husband and since he hardly cares , he will go straight to his instinctive prey Manasi and rape her .

And Manasi will become pregnant .

Raunaq has got it very badly for Manasi . It is fully sexual and carnal . So there is great chemistry there . They r opposite poles ...the simple , seedhi sadhi girl and the bad boy who has done it all . Raunaq looks at women as prey ...even elder women whom he finds hot . He has tasted blood .

The actor who plays him is good looking AND talented . He deserves an AT really but unfortunately stupid PR will make him a black villain .

I hope Kinnari runs away with the driver dude and rubs black tar on Sunanda Tai's face ...its the best punishment she can get for her great choice .

If CVs have an ounce of akkal they must show Raunaq developing feelings for his baby . There will then be masala in the story , or else , a marraige with Shashank and standing in the kitchen listening to pressure cooker whistles and visiting Ankita Naren occasionally will be hum drum story of PR .

I don't have much expectations from them , they write the story pretty much in a juvenile way ...but if they have akkal they will show Shashank's mother calling off the wedding and Kinnari running away and the pregnancy track and Raunaq changing or

they might show Shashank the journalist taking up the cause and Ankita's fight for sachaai .

Mostly the idiots will go for the latter . They write predictably .

What I don't understand is the moment she knew that neither Sashank nor naren gifted the dress, why did she not change the dress? When she was on the roof and called for Ankita and there was no response, why did she not run back into the house?
She should have told Sushalnk from the dress to the phone messages. This is so maddenning.
Kools, I really don't want Ankita and her siblings to get any more hurt. They have suffered more than enough of their share.
I rather see Ankita's sister commit suicide.

do not say like this my heart beat become abnormal yaar😭 ...no more sorrow for ankita and her siblings ...all r good and innocent and poor about relationship...

when she got time to talk shashank about phone call ...she told about dress and again they thought its a gift of naren but when she learned the truth she could tell ankita and also she got chance but as per her nature she hide it...do not know how it will be painfull for her 🤢

Agreed . I say only from story point of view ...with Shashank i see boredom . I mean what story is there . I think they r going in for the Damini track . Remember Naren's promise ...i will stand by u although full world is against u . Naren's memory will come back exactly at this time when Ankita needs him and she will do this case alone and later he will find the truth and side with her ...its very predictable .

superb acting by the actor who plays Raunaq as drunk ...face flushed with drink and all aroused . He acts well .

Manasi should have talked to her sister before phoning Kinnari . Now she has stepped on a serpent's tail and will be stung . She should have made Ankita and Shashank listen rather than Kinnari .

In her whole firing of Raunaq , Kinnari kept on saying low class to Ankita's family . Fatichar Shashank and do koudi ki chawl waali ladki . Even she did not have u . See the supreme arrogance .

She deserved knowing on the phone that she was a dumbo .

Raunaq was right when he laughed sarcastically and said that Kinnari is not decent or bechari .

I cannot understand one thing . Ankita is unforgiving to Raunaq but constantly goes to Kinnari to 'make a fresh start' although that girl displaced her husband from his room and made a tamasha at her sister's engagement saying her family were nothing but a gang of thieves . Does Ankita mind that her pati was insulted by this chit of a girl and that she called her family robbers ?

Same way Naren gives his room and present to Kinnari and calls her choti laxmi ...why is nobody minding the meanness , the attitude and the arrogance ? Is it only Raunaq who notices that she is all the time on the phone and does not know how to conduct herself ?

Sunanda Tai smiles stupidly at Kinnari's mean doings . And now Manasi talks of her as a decent person when just a few minutes ago she told Manasi i have no wish to talk to the likes of u .

Raunaq is a devil , no doubt . But what is Kinnari ? Why r all hell bent on being nice to her in such a thick skinned way ?

Why did Sunanda Tai force him to get married to spoil a girl's life ? He was not fit to get married .

Same way why was a girl like Kinnari brought in to become Rushaali's bahu ? What good did Sunanda Tai achieve of her own brother Shirish by this ?

Kinnari badly badly needed to know that she was a worthless dumbo . I have heard many lambastings of Raunaq but i was waiting for Kinnari to be flogged verbally .

Can't stand her and can't stand Ankita's thick skinned attitude of 'I will be nice no matter how u treat me' to her . She behaves selectively ...shows that she is miffed with Raunaq and its the same way she should behave with Kinnari .

Can't wait for tomorrow .
