Pavitra Rishta may be wrapping up in a few months. The show, which was among the top 10 shows a year ago, saw many changes in the last few months. It recently went through a time leap prompting some of the main actors to quit.
Now, we hear, the channel is planning to bring it to an end. Says a source, "The show has been running for the last four years and has also crossed 1000 episodes, but how much more can one stretch it? The story has to end some day. Also, there is a possibility of producer Ekta Kapoor getting another show in the same slot."
