Karanjkar home where Ankita and her 4 siblings are living which was saved from nilaami by Manav deshmukh for his MIL Sulochana 25+ yrs ago for 75 lacs has been shown worth only 10 lacs...Should it not be worth in 10+ crores? Mumbai property rates are unbelievable..

WTH are these CVs showing ? Have they forgotten this property has been put up for an auction almost 3 times...First Manav-Sushant saved it by paying bank 1 lac, than Manav-HT paid 75 Lacs 25 yrs ago and now its worth 10 Lacs...I was laughing so hard..

How could Arjun not recognize his MIL's mayka ????? He used to come and sneak peek at Purvi when they were not married or married. All the family functions for Archana or Purvi were celebrated there mostly.

Unless this kholi is identical to karanjkar home in different chawl 😆 I remember seeing new Mumbai on train station while Ankita traveling in train.

PR is a nautanky and BS full of show...Entertainment galore just for laughing..

😆hmmm...is that what they are showing?? Btw, I even thought so, why didn't Arjun know that Soham is alive and living with kids in the chawls...anyone could revisit places that one knew so well esp. Arjun, who is basically living a Devdas life...meh...

Maybe, this kholi is not Karanjkar's, it is Ekta recycling her sets...but wants us to forget the famous Karanjkar chawl😉 selective amnesia😆

I do not know if you saw the railway station shots but it showed Vasai Road not Dombivili. I think its a different chawl.

Whenever they showed K house, they showd Dombivilli station. If they are not doing it now, probably its a new house.

Otherwise yeah, Kholis in Mumbai are worth 70-75 lakhs

I saw the railway station shots...Recycled sets just changed area in dombivali...LOL

Nothing in Mumbai sells for 10 lacs ...Even jhopad patti kholis are worth in lacs..

If it is the K house it definitely shouldn't be worth 10 lacs cuz that house seems pretty spacious and property values in Mumbai have skyrocketed. And if it isn't the K house, how does Soham have the papers in his name? Since acc to his eldest son Soham has been a good-for-nothing drunkard dad who made life miserable for his wife and kids, so why would anyone give him the papers to the house? He doesn't seem to have established himself at all in these 20 years to be capable of buying that or any house.

Yes I agree with @red. They are using the old set and have just altered it a little, but it is meant to be a different home and locality. After all, Ankita cant live in the same neighbourhood as Archana, and yet be ignorant about her grandmother who looks like her. Koi to batata use.

I don't think it's the K house..Ekta is recycling he K set to show it as a separate chawl. Lols and all this while I have been thinking that Ankita and her fly have been living in the K mansion..Ekta wants to confuse us so bad that we forget whose who and what's what by showing us the most randomest of things. It's so bizarre..
