And given your experience as a soap watcher/follower - I think you foresee and assess serial and behind the scene scenarios very well!.

Btw it proves another thing I have always believed, strong and popular actors and geuine people like AshVik don't cast aspersions under the garb of anonymity. When AshVik had almost quit, they said so themselves and gave their own reasons. Zee and PH know their popularity too well so they were strongly persuaded to stay am sure, others can go hide behind anonymous sources!

Mixed reactions ... Happy to know that I can continue to watch Ashvik/Arvi but also anxious about their roles post leap. I am not sure if I will be able to accept Asha being the mother of Ankita as they are strongly etched in my mind as Purvi and Archana, daughter and mother.
Yes, Ankita had portrayed the elderly Archana role and that may not have been liked by her fans but Archana was still the strongest character in the show and Ankita continued to have a strong presence. Would Arvi also enjoy the same treatment? Looking at Shruti's case, I doubt as Ovi is now a mere shadow of her former screen presence.
Instead of this grown-up Pari, Ekta should focus on a completely new theme where all the actors could play roles closer to their age. This way she can continue to retain her current cast and we too will be a happy audience. Sigh, hope someone is listening!

Hey Vasu, I still don't think Ankita will play Pari. She'll probably be playing Soham's or Teju's or Ovi's daughter believe.

I was shocked to read this news yday night and annoyed that i can't get rid of PR as yet, but ...
... This only shows how important RD & Asha are for Zee & Balaji for their business!
Sends a big message out to all who had some false notions!

... and I like it! 😉

Vasu, Purvi cannot be mother to new Ankita because shes not Archana's biological child. Her DNA cannot match Archu's. So young Ankita has to be either Soham's daughter or Ovi or Teju's daughter. I think she will be Ovi's daughter as Ekta believes in matriarchal lineage. But who knows, if Soham is still alive and married to some other girl, he can be Ankita's dad too. 😆

TRPs would fall below 2 and show would shut down if they did the 18-20 yr leap without AshVik! This was expected! After all Zee ke trps and Balaji ke business ka sawaal hai! 😉😆

ha without arvi PR never get good TRP🤣🤣🤣
red-with arvi TRP was 1.8 in april/may🤣.PR was flop show before arvi entry🤣
now ankita willnt b blamed for these actors quitting👏

So RD, Asha and Shruti have finally agreed to ageing on the show? Hmm, as always Ekta and the Balaji team managed to convince the actors for the leap like they always do. They rarely bend before what the actors want.
Good that they will be on the show too. It would have been weird to see so many new faces all of a sudden.

There is so much fan-fiction about ArVi and without Ovi's character they cannot pull much TRPs for ArVi storyline, so Ekta had to work to keep them on...
from today's episode, Ovi expression clearly points that there is something fishy and she might be preggo with that last night with arjun

as there is no logic in PR, ankita might be playing Pari's role, but if they go by logic it might be ArOvi's daughter

I am really scared of Pari's characterization, she will be combination of Sulo/Archu/Purvi aka sanskari/mahaan/tyaagi
