great post. I agree with you and the rest that Sharjun is a great idea.
Ovi is leaving the show, so I know we won't get to see her with a dashing new guy.
Purvi is so so so so stale that some of us quit watching the show all together instead of having to watch her miserable shenanigans on screen.
Shalini has the spunk and fiery spirit that the show needs. I would be happy to see a lady who has gall and substance instead of the characterless lead being shown instead.
Arjun, technically deserves vanvaas, not love. He needs to go into the woods for a long long time to introspect on the meaning of life and love. Hopefully a little yoga and meditation will help him de-addict from the dangerous drug called Purvi that is slowly and silently only killed him since the time he met her. I don't think Arjun has EVER been stable and happy since then. Chawl life, fighting with family, breaking hearts, and then finally becoming a whipped lover who only knows how to follow directions. Bichara, has found no HAPPINESS in life thanks to this drug.
I think he deserves a life with Shalini. She will bring some light to his tunneled vision too. :P
And yes, i am sure they can light up the screen with their chemistry too. Some rain dance, some bolylwood songs and a little eye-locking will have a ready new fanbase! :P
C'mon CV;s. Do something different with the show for once. Tired of Purvi. and of the devta Onir. And heartbroken ovi.
Let's have SHARJUN! :P
