Will Sushant Singh Rajput's girl, Ankita Lokhande leave Pavitra Rishta again for Happy New Year?

With the news, Ankita Lokhande might be acting alongside Shahrukh Khan in upcoming Bollywood film Happy New Year, it is natural to consider if she might still stay in Pavitra Rishta or not.

The possibility that Ankita might act with Shahrukh Khan, directly puts spotlight on the speculation, whether she will manage Pavitra Rishta alongside doing films or will pick either one. She had recently left the show, Pavitra Rishta, for a while due to some script issue.

Again, recently, Pavitra Rishta did not show Archana in a few episodes. The reason behind this is speculated to be her attending the IIFA 2013 awards in macau with Sushant Singh Rajput. The story of the show was maneuvered for her sake. The episodes did not show her in person and said that she was sick and was taking rest in her room.

The show has been repeatedly changing scripts for her sake and the viewers have been patient with the whole thing. One of the reason for this patience being the following her character Archana has had from the beginning of the show.

The show has seen huge success during the time when Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande were acting in the lead roles. Then Sushant Singh left the show to jump start his movie career. We all know the later story about the recognition he has received so far in Bollywood.

Looks like Ankita too will be following Sushant's footsteps. If the buzz is true and Ankita will indeed be paired with the King Khan, the possibilities Archana might go back to coma seems pretty high.

All in all, we have to wait and watch what story unfolds in Pavitra Rishta as well as Ankita's career.

I just read that Rajputs were protesting Jodha-Akbar and demanding that EK close down the show. I wonder if it will happen. The show isn't even that interesting and despite EK's disclaimer that the show doesn't follow history, people will still take offense to what's being shown.

Anyway, waiting for the 20th! Three days to go for an official confirmation!

Ashtosh gowarikar's version at least clarified that they have fictionalized some part of the narrative to lend meat to the story which is otherwise correct according to most historians.
