Archana sees Ovi as the rich kid who she will never understand or agree with. She cannot bare for Purvi to lose to Ovi. Hence she kept saying I told you Purvi do not make sacrifices for Ovi. That is what she called it sacrifices. she never saw it as destructive actions towards Ovi.
Soham as the street kid, hence she laughs at everything he says. She knows deep down also, that he is not her kid, she gave up that right from the day she put him in Varsha's arms.
Teju is a misfit to her, that bows at her feet, so she enjoys that type of attention from her.
I think Sachin who she loved the most from day one, was replaced by Purvi.
Hence, Archana has no deep connection with either her Bio kids.
What Archana fail to realise, when she is worshipping Purvi, is that Purvi's behaviour are not far off, she is not her real Mother, and she knows nothing about Purvi's real parents. What if they are goons or some menace to society?
Archana sits on her self-righteous throne not realising that she has been and still is destroying her real family. Why? Archana has never accepted responsibility for any wrong she has done, and she taught Purvi the same type of destructive behaviour.
