Yes, Shymala dear, even I thought that it was a tad bit weird that he said, now that Shalini has returned, they have to live together. Very dumb thing to say. Unless the whole thing is just a put up show for the maha milan of Amar premis and the subsequent elevation of Onir to permanent Sainthood. In a way, I guessed it all along as I read that SA was never happy to turn negative and what better way to preserve him as a positive character. Besides, when Archana was slapping him - he never said one word about him losing his medical license for her Ladli...well, as Kool said, that can't simply be wiped away. But, I am sure Ekta will focus more on Pari and the premarital sex, and the demon of the baby swapping will be pushed quietly under the rugs - for that single most disgusting act can't be dealt with as bhallayi. Besides, that acts makes Ovi a victim - so that will not sit in the bigger scheme of things when ultimately Arvi is united. So, for all concern - that baby swapping will not resurface again. But no point is expected a balanced story from Ekta.

Yes, he should have asked that question, for I could have surely loved to hear Arjun. But, alas - that will not happen, for again it could have put Arjun in a bad light - and could just emphasize his true 2 timing nature - so, the episode really was plain loud and extremely lopsided. But, I am slowly turning cold towards PR now. Who knows how long I will even watch it - it is simply disgusting these days...

Not because Archana slapped Onir, and then abandoned all her disgust at Pari being the illegitimate child of Arjun and Purvi and recruited Arjun to look for Purvi, without a thought to spare for her other daughter.

Nor because of the Arjun-Onir slapping scene. In fact, it was clear to me, after running that part thru thrice, that Onir was egging Arjun on by the casual arrogance of his remarks about how he liked Purvi and married her, but now that his past had resurfaced, he had to go back to her. There was a deliberateness to what he said and how he said it, ending with the statement, undoubtedly accurate, that neither Shalini nor he owed Arjun any explanation, that admitted of no other explanation.

I wish he had asked Arjun what his locus standi in the matter was, as Purvi's ex-lover or her current hopeful? It was pity he did not do that.

What stayed with me was the very curious expression on Onir's face after he surfaces from the slap with all the effortless aplomb of Amitabh Bachchan in Bombay to Goa (the scene that got him Zanjeer, and his whole career as well), and tells Arjun again Leave! It was sad and knowing at the same time, and that told me beyond doubt that he was faking all this quite deliberately.

Which is something I detest. Oh, well, what is the point of lamenting over this train wreck of a show? As I wrote elsewhere on this thread, my last forlorn hope, that Jodha Akbar would be so successful that it would bump PR up to the 11 pm slot and then out, has been dashed to the ground. So we are stuck with this horror show for a long while yet, and the only thing for me to do is to revert to not watching it.

@bold, did really archu told that, what a flip-flop, Onir knew purvi is preggo because he is a doctor otherwise Purvi would have hide that too...
