Archana should acknowledge that SHE was wrong in accepting a guy loved by both sisters as a damad , it was bad foresight .

What she said today was 'I told u so , he was not 'sahi' for u''

means he was 'sahi' for Purvi only .

But what about the fact that one daughter Ovi would have been permanently upset...wouldn't that have caused rift in the family

so how was he 'sahi' for Purvi

Nope . He wasn't 'sahi' for the family , period .

Family decisions r not taken in this immature manner but with life experience and foresight .

Archana should have told both her girls , u will both find hundreds of guys this one is not sahi for family , if still u want him only , i'm out of it .

Today was the day for Archana to lament her decision . She showed no foresight but played loveguru . A role not befitting a mother .

her convo with Ovi was w/o Manav being there...He needs to know what stand Archu has taken when it comes to Ovi...I can bet it would not sit well with him...but CVs do not want ArMan on two diff sides so decided to sideline Ovi and Stillborn...Was I not right with what I wrote yesterday...I know Archana character too well by now...her past is the predictor of her present and future..

Love this thread! So glad that many of you are sane viewers and share the same perspective on Archana.

The whole time she was blaming it all on Ovi, I was just facepalming myself. I'm not even surprised or angry at this stupid woman's words anymore.

She will never admit it's Purvi and Arjun's fault because it might cast doubt on her "parvarish" and "sanskaars".

I didn't expect anything different from Archana ever since she was hell-bent on making Ovi accept Arjun/Purvi's rishta.

To this day, I cannot fathom how a mother will support one child over another. I cannot fathom how a mother would totally disregard one child's feeling over another child's feelings. I cannot fathom how a mother would support getting either one of her daughters married to a two-timing liar. But no, to her Purvi has always come first and her bio-kids are always side-tracked.

So yeah, I'm not surprised by her words. She had no trouble blaming it on Ovi. Yet, despite of slapping Purvi, she never once blamed her.

Forget about the marriage deal for once. Let's talk about the baby swap. That is ALLL on Purvi's shoulders. She orchestrated that all by herself! Yet Archana showed no sympathy for Ovi regarding this. Did she even acknowledge Ovi's dead child or the fact that because of her beloved Purvi's kartoot, Ovi did not even get to look at her baby? No...not all.

Trust me Chemistry Major mothers like Archana do exist in Real life...Upclose and personally seen it.😳 Its hard to fathom but there are parents who do this and the claim is made We love our kids equally and same...Paanch ungliyon ki tarha...But ungliyaan same nahi...diff size na 😳 So same goes to the logic of loving equally..

so why Archu said to Ovi, as it is Ovi's decision to marry Arjun she herself has to handle it...

in Vyshu's case, she went and spoke to Madhuri and made Dharmesh-Madhuri wedding as invalid and made Vaishu to stick to Dharmesh...

so why now Archu is not talking with Purvi, why Archu is not making Purvi to go away from Arjun-Ovi's life...

even Madhuri had a child with Dharmesh and Madhuri was preggo with second one too...but still Archu made Madhuri to go away...and Madhuri's first kid was given to Vyshu...

I am not saying Ovi should go back to Arjun and should accept Pari...I am just saying why to make Madhuri to go away from Dharmesh life so that Vyshu can have everything which Madhuri deserves...and now why to make Ovi to go away so that Purvi can have everything that Ovi deserves...

Kool, you think so. Archana only thinks that Arjun isn't right for Ovi, but right for Purvi...

Well, you probably are right, but still I am ok, if she gets Ovi a divorce (if Ovi doesn't have enough courage herself to initiate one). I am too exhausted and 🤬 up about Arjun to care. I am decided between Purvi and Arjun, I hate Arjun's character more - for he is simply a 2 timing cheater...I have seen one such very closly and I have no respect for ppl such as these - they are just big time losers...

I know what all you ppl feel. Taht this Arovi divorce and the consequent Arvi marriage will be tooted as Pavitra Rishta by Archana and Cvs. But, don't we all know better. How can a marriage on a broken heart, on the dead body of a baby be anything Pavitra about it. There is nothing pavitra about marrying a Saali or a Jeeju - Society doesn't think so - so whatever Cvs show, I still have faith in my Sanskar and Indian audience - how can they accept such BS in the name of Pavitra Rishta??

She NEVER accepts her mistake .

Even after 18 yeas of loneliness and suffering she asked Damodar do even u think i am wrong ?

Means she did NOT think she was wrong .

Actually she was . The court case and Soham's loss were only her faults. But she never apologised for them .

Same way today .

The mother daughter scene was nice . I , like u , liked it . It was refreshing to see her with another child instead of Purvi hogging her attention all the time . But even there

There cannot be the fact that he was 'sahi' for Purvi Kalapi . Archana cannot know this . No one can . From a mother's pov , if 2 daughters love the same man , it spells disaster and rifts for the family .

Mothers can't play lovegurus . They can only be mothers .

Archana is only focussing on the pre marital sex and is shocked that her sanskaars were defeated .

Well , yeah . Sort of . But she has not addressed the more serious issue yet . The Baby Swap and the audacity of Purvi to take away someone else's child , dead or alive .

This is what she needs Purvi to answer her for . Her himmat to do this so brazenly .

It broke Ovi .

Archana needs to ostracize Purvi for this one . If my children did that , i would not be able to talk to them or look at their face till my death .

Actually I think asking for something wrong is not a bigger mistake than giving someone something wrong.

When purvi says, she did everything for ovi , may I ask how? What was the sacrifice made here?

Ovi wanted a wrong guy for herself and purvi gave her that? She , for once did not think that the mother who will return to her family will also be shattered if she learns one of her daughters married a man who would never be able to love them.

She also pushed Arjun into a loveless marriage, both the girls were crazy but Arjun ? Why?

When someone is a good person they don't only think of people who matter to them . They also think of others and long terms consequences.

A good person can never do what purvi did. When she knew Arjun loves her only how could she push her into a loveless marriage

But yes if I were purvi I would do the same but then I wouldn't claim to do anything for ovi

Purvi is and was always a selfish liar

KOol, I agree with all you said. I have watched this character for 3 yrs now😆

But I thought the coma aka hiatus😉 might have cured her of her self absorbed arrogance...

Or Mata might have soften her up thinking she is returning as Pari, why not take pity on the poor soul and give us some respite😆 and make her a normal Mata.

But, I guess, we are all back to square one...and I guess Archu was only confirming what she said to Ovi the day of her marriage.

Oh well, PR will toot Pavitra pyaar - on the corpse of so many disasters - I just hope PR can survive the TRP game...or maybe the twist will be Ovi's pregnancy and something related to her parvarissh...I think pretty soon I will be done with PR
