Yup, i noticed that too. I've seen dead characters brought to life. So this onir transformation is no surprise anymore. The cvs could have killed him on the spot instead of making him a villain or make him sacrifice his love for purvi so arvi can reunite with their daughter. That would be more realistic, right? It happens in real life. Viewers can relate to that kind of story.
