I can't imagine how Purvi could be a good person and do something like this. I can't see her with heart no matter how I try.
When you think about it, if her heart is more for a perfect family than Arjun, what was the haste to marry him in the first place?
Why did she get so carried away and was so anxious to marry, have premarital sex, when it is clear that she is unable to truly love someone herself, if she is so broken, broken from not having that complete family? I could have chalked it down to immaturity, that she was so hasty to be with Arjun, but I can't forgive her for having sex with Arjun and giving him to Ovi, who is supposed to be part of her perfect family.
It is just downright gross, I can't see pass it.
I wish Ovi had asked her how far they went, when she was asking back for Arjun...Yet I know Purvi would have lied, because of how desperate she was to be the golden child.
Arjun on the other hand, I still can't figure out if he should be slapped till he has no face or pitied.
My issue with him, as I have said many times before, is how he never had any apologies in choosing Purvi. He never broke it down to Ovi in the right way. He handled the situation coldly. When he slapped her that was it for me. Arjun is not a nice guy at all. He is cruel and selfish. He could have fallen in love, but I disapproved of the way he handled everything. I disapproved of how he went along with Purvi and married Ovi, and proceeded to treat her like crap out of sheer spite.
I think he purposefully married her to get even with her for the fact that Purvi dumped him for the sake of her family.
If he genuinely wanted to show his sick love for Purvi, he could have treated Ovi better, but he treated her badly, he never even wanted their baby.
My best option would have been for him to not accept Purvi's terms and walk away. I believe when he found out about the deal, he consummated the marriage to get back at her, I think he is capable of doing that.
If he can confess to Onir how he still loves Purvi in one breath and then have sex with Ovi to keep the marriage, he is capable of anything.
However, Arvi are people who care for no one but themselves, and they never see their flaws.
I sincerely hope they reunite, but I also hope I never have to see their faces after that. they are not good people, especially Arjun.
I am still disturbed at how Purvi never allowed Ovi the respect of mourning her baby, and claiming hers is dead, no apologies even once to poor Ovi, yet her daughter Pari is in tact and life will be great soon. I guess Karma is only conveniently given to some people in Ekta shows.
I like Ovi enough that I wish her all the best, she should get her a confident, strong and loving partner and have a great career. She should also stop drinking.
I also hope they show Ovi in Canada only. What is the point of going back to India, all her pain is there, her Mother not caring about her, her Father flip flopping, her hypocritical sister and her now weak Grandmother. Why should she go back to see Archana worship Arvi and everyone happy at their wedding?
Ovi must stay in Canada, and find a good man.
Good luck to Onir, I hope next time, he leaves those confused selfish, single Mothers alone, who are only looking to use men and go back to their exes when all is well.
