Hum do humare Do OS – The duplicate
Court bailed out Onir and proved him innocent. After the court all were heading back home. Arjun and Ovi asked Purvi and Onir to join them in the car. After much hesitation they finally got convinced. Onir and Purvi were sitting behind whereas Arjun was driving the car and Ovi was sitting besides him carrying Pari. Purvi all the while was looking at Pari from the rear view mirror in the car and tears rolling from her eyes. Arjun saw and found something fishy with her behavior. Arjun's eyes were constantly looking at Purvi at that's he didn't notice the car coming from the opposite side. Suddenly Ovi shouted….
Ovi – Arjunnn look ahead……….!!!!
Arjun got scared and looked at the car but it was too late and their car met with an accident. Onir and Ovi died on the spot. Purvi was thrown out of the car and was unconscious. Arjun was in the car and his head on the steering and he too was unconscious. Pari was crying all the time.
Suddenly people gathered around their car and after few minutes somebody called the ambulance and rushed them to the nearby hospital.
In the hospital –
Police called the Deshmukh family and informed them about the accident. Everyone got tensed and hurriedly arrived at the hospital. When they arrived they were first handed Pari to them. Teju carried Pari and they were happy that atleast she is safe and not hurt. Pari was crying all the time still and they tried to stop her crying.
Manav – Doctor where are everyone..Arjun, Ovi, Purvi and Onir….they are my kids where are all.
Doctor – Two persons died on the spot Mr. Deshmukh.
Everybody gets shocked hearing this and were not able to respond for few minutes.
Doctor then signals them towards Ovi and Onir's room. Everybody slowly moves to their room not knowing which two persons died. Finally they see Ovi and Onir laying on different bed in the same room only with one green colour cloth partition.
Manav seeing this breaks down and starts crying. Everybody also starts crying.
Manav (crying profusely) – Now what will I tell Purvi….First she lost her child and now Onir….she will not be able to bear this…..she will break…..why bappa why do you do this to Purvi only…..(looking at Pari) and how will I bring her Aai back…..what will tell Arjun now….
Everybody again starts crying and breaks down and tries to handle Manav who is totally broken….
Manav – Baapa why do you always take our tests….first Archana and now Ovi and Onir…..
Sulochana (crying and gathering courage to speak) – Manav we cant change whatever is written but yes we can now make everything better…..
Manav (wiping his tears and getting up) – What are you saying Aai…..now what has left to get better…
Sulochana – I know this is the biggest loss of our lives…but just think that in this there is Bappa's wish only….
Manav – What are you saying Aai…
Sulochana – Manav I will tell you afterwards whatever I am thinking….First lets meet Arjun and Purvi…they need us….especially Purvi…..Arjun still has Pari with him but Purvi….
Manav – Yes you are right Aai….
Saying this all then advanced to Arjun's room first….
Arjun was sitting and getting his dressing done. When he saw everyone coming he started his list of questions and got worried about everyone….For few minutes nobody uttered a single word but then Manav said everything to Arjun…
Arjun was totally broken out and he started crying and just snatched Pari from Teju and kissed her all around her face. Everybody were looking at his condition helplessly.
Arjun (after few minutes) – I want to meet Purvi….
Manav just nodded positively and then doctor too allowed him to go to meet Purvi…
Purvi in her room was sitting in a still position because she got to know about Onir's death from the nurse of the hospital…..
Arjun came inside the room carrying Pari in his hand and saw Purvi not even speaking anything….he tried to make her speak something or made her cry but she didn't…Suddenly he saw Pari and just moved her in front of her. Purvi saw Pari and within an instance she carried her and started kissing her all around and started crying too…Everyone in the room gave a satisfactory smile on their face that atleast Purvi is now out of the trauma….Arjun too became happy seeing her smiling again…..
After that accident for few days all were in the trauma and trying to cope up….in order to get Purvi out of everything, Arjun used to always bring Pari to her and Purvi always used to lit up seeing Pari…She was getting attached to Pari a lot and everyone were happy that Pari is also comfortable with it. But one day everyone including Purvi was shocked to find out that she is pregnant with Onir's child and she remembered the night before the court case when Onir drank the thandai and they just got carried away….
Everybody were now thinking what about Purvi and the child's future….
Sulochana – Manav due you remember that I was gonna tell you about Bappa's wish
Manav – Yes Aai…I remember…but you didn't said it….
Sulochana – Now I think its time to understand Bappa's wish…
Manav – But what Aai?
Sulochana – Pari needs mother and I think Purvi's child needs father….lets get Arjun and Purvi married….
Everyone present were shocked hearing this….
Sulochana then convinced Purvi and Arjun and both agreed to get married.
Now they are finally married and they again realized their love for each other….Purvi told the truth about Pari to Arjun…For few days Arjun was angry at Purvi but then Purvi was pregnant and she needed care so while taking her care they came more closer to each other and they started their new life with Pari and their to be born kid. Arjun accepted Purvi and her kid as his and tried to fulfill all her wishes which he couldn't do during the time of Pari…Arjun became a real father of Purvi's kid…
After nine months, Purvi delivered a baby boy and they named him as Prince. And they started their new life with just both of them and their two beautiful kids Pari and Prince in them.
After 20 years –
Pari and Prince grew older and now Pari looks exactly like Purvi but her habits and the way of talking is just like Arjun and she is a Papa's girl…..whereas Prince is the duplicate of Onir but he is more attached to Purvi rather then Arjun…He loves his father but there is somewhere always a friction between him and Arjun and therefore he is not open to Arjun that much as much as he is open to Purvi. Both Pari and Prince are very much attached to each other and they love each other a lot and care for each other but at the same time they fight with each other just like any siblings.
In Arjun's room –
Arjun is working on his lappy when suddenly Purvi comes inside and stands in front of him with her both hands on her waist…
Arjun sees her and rolls her eyes and asks what?
Purvi – Whats going on…Arjun I told you before only that whenever you are at home no office work but you don't listen to me…
Arjun – Sorry Purvi but its important
Purvi (closing her lappy and taking it away) – How much important it is I don't care…just stop the work and come down…Pari and Prince are waiting for us to come and talk to them….
Arjun (gets romantic and holds her hand and makes her sit on the bed besides him) – First let me talk to you na….
Purvi trying to withdraw her hand and tries to get up but Arjun held her so tightly that she is not able to do anything….
Arjun slowly starts to lean forward to her in order to kiss her when….
Pari – PAPA STOP!!!! Its me Pari…..
Saying this she got up and looked down due to shyness….
Arjun (giving a smirked look at her) – I already knew that its you Pari….I was just testing your patience….
Pari (with an 'O' expression) – Papa how can you do this to me….
Arjun – Achcha so you can get dressed up like you mom and scold me and I cant just do a small comic with you…
Pari – Papa this is not fair….
Purvi and Prince enter the room laughingly….
Arjun saw them and also starts laughingly…Pari now gets upset….
Pari – I know this Prince would have only told you about my idea to harass you…I am not gonna leave you Prince…
Prince – Arey behna…I didn't said anything….ask mom only…
Arjun – Prince why do you always harass Pari like this…
Purvi – Arjun why do you always take Pari's side….
Arjun – Because she is my baby…(hearing this Pari feels proud and shows a thumbs down to Prince)
Purvi – Achcha then Prince too is my baby….
Prince gets happy hearing this…
Arjun – Listen Purvi, Pari is always right…
Purvi – Then Prince is also right…
Arjun – Prince always teases Pari
Purvi – But Pari always hits Prince…
They start quarrelling on who is write and who is wrong…..Pari and Prince as rolling their heads from hear and there seeing them fighting again….
Pari and Prince (getting fed up) – Stop it you both…..
Arjun and Purvi stops fighting and looks at them…
Pari – Mom…Papa we fight because we are still your kids and younger then you but being elder you are also fighting…
Arjun – Pari beta its her nature to fight…Ladako…
Purvi (with an 'O' expression) – Achcha if I am Ladako then you are also Khadoos…Mr. Khadoos Kirloskar…
Prince – Please Mom ….papa please stop fighting na…
Pari – Prince this is all because of you…I am not gonna leave you…
Saying this she started moving towards Prince and Prince just ran away from there and Pari too ran behind him…
Arjun and Purvi saw this and brought a big smile on their face…
Arjun held Purvi by her waist and pulled her closer to him
Purvi (struggling to leave) – Arjun what are you doing leave na….kids will see us…
Arjun – What's wrong in romancing my wife…
Purvi – Arjun just realize that now you are a father of 20 year old kids…this doesn't suit you…
Arjun – Then what suits me Purvi…
Purvi – Arjun please leave…
Arjun nodded his head negatively…
Purvi – Arjun sorry for everything I did with you 20 years back…
Arjun (keeping his fingers on her lips) – I already said I don't want to remember my past now…because I am very happy about my present….
This brought a smile on Purvi's face and they both hugged each other tightly….
Pari and Prince(from the door) – We also want a big family huggie….
Arjun and Purvi hearing this broke their hug and spreaded their hand and called Pari and Prince near them….
Pari and Prince ran near them and all four entered into a big family hug….
This is just a small attempt to bring a smile on everyone face. And to apologize to all my friends out here for whatever I did…To all Arvi fans…I am still and arvian at heart….Hope you guys forgive me….
