Pyaare darshako, a sequel to my Jiska Mujhe Tha Intazaar FF (https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/pavitra-rishta/3299535/arvi-ff-jiska-mujhe-tha-intazaar-ch-8-pg-18). 😃 There has been a one year leap and Arjun and Purvi are opposite sides of the globe, but they still can't forget each other.

Prologue~

"Kya tumne kabhi kisi se sacha pyaar kiya hain?" Sheila asked.

This question broke the monotonous droning of typing, ringing phones, and murmured voices so akin to Purvi's ears for the past six months. This question brought back memories of toothy smiles, bitter fights, passionate kisses, enveloping hugs, endless tears, sweet laughter, and Arjun.

"Time went by, life went on; and all I can think of is why he's gone." Purvi whispered.

An idependent, optimistic 23 year old making a place for herself in San Francisco. She works from 10 to 2 in a doctor's office with a few others. She is currently taking a few foreign language and science classes at UC Berkeley on the weekend.

Dhani Kapoor

Dashing 30 year old neurologist. Divorced at 21 and single ever since. Purvi's boss. Believes a strong work ethic is all a person needs for success.

Lucy Tran

Purvi's 42 year old roommate. Accountant at Bank of America. Widow with a 20 year old son, Jack, attending UC San Francisco.

Sheila Khan

Purvi's closest friend at work. 27 years old. Moved to San Francisco when she was 19. Impeccable English and expertise in coding.

28 years old and now working in crime scene investigation. Lives with Sachin, who works at a corporate position in Deshmukh Industries.

Jay and Mia Patel

Arjun and Sachin's new friends who live in the flat adjacent to them. Jay is 30 and a struggling writer. Mia is 25 and works at the local ASDA They barely make enough to pay rent, fight almost every day, but can't imagine living a day without each other.

Jenny Nayyar

Head of Deshmukh Industries' London branch. Love interest of Sachin and close friend of Ovi.
