The ARJUN KIRLOSKAR that I know

Arjun Kirloskar, the young achieving go getter businessman, seemingly a very unlively character of mid twenties. the most misunderstood and misread figure of an expressionless and much plain workaholic will always be under the microscope. Arjun, initially portrayed as the mean, rude, arrogant, cold and selfish boy is indeed a veiled face of a very sensitive, insecure and selfless "child" Arjun has picked up the skill of resolution and hardwork from his successful father but he has not learned to make an expression of sentiments, the delicacy of his late mother. Arjun holds a strong sense of sacrifice, considerations and regards as per his selfless decision of getting allied to Ovi. agreed that it is controversial but give it a thought, what compelled him to say yes after his blunt rejection? the valued boy living in him who didnt wish to see a girl hurt because of his refusal, the son who didn't wish his father's friendship to suffer. he was jealous? absolutely not. he was worried! ...

o Arjun is an extraordinary boy, brilliant at what he does, terrefic command over his work, his introduction made it clear that he is a quick running business machine, his confidence in his ability is termed as arrogance, ego and wit! a sting to Purvi, another ego maniac and a hard working girl. their arguments and fights are pretty much on note as both have one probldm "extreme self belief" but that would bring them closer because when you salt tea and sweeten it with diebetic powder, it feels like honey. Purvi's first face off to a "lifesick" and Arjun's first meeting with "true living" a relationship-unique in kind!

Arjun Kirloskar is learning to live again, smile, laugh and cheer. he is redefining colors and happiness, what he lost years ago, he is getting it back from a girl who is learning to deal with a different class of personalities. Arjun is changing? no he is learning what he has forgotten, learning again. Arjun Kirloskar is a man of his word, resolute and dedicated but in his veracity, he is insecure, tender and a craving heart. Arjun not only falls in love but makes it very clear that he only wants his love to smile, may his going away be the reason. Arjun might not be the most truthful person but he was always true to his feelings and that makes him audacious enough to spend a raining night in a chawl. he does take the word of love and cherishes it as the greatest pleasure, vehemently, emphatically and truly in love. with Purvi's initial statement of rejection and discontent after mms scene, Arjun makes it understood that he is heavenly in patience and firmness...

Now the point, Arjun is a liar, he is a playboy, a cheat, a richling. he messes with two sisters. the gentlemen turns it down, +he moment he realizes he is in love, before making the confession to the girl, he goes back and phones ovi who is of no concern when it comes to her "darling's" life and feelings. Arjun did not tell Purvi? did you think again before talking? may be not. lets talk! Arjun is a kind of boy who would not let anything go wrong with anyone, AK or Arjun is immaterial, he was and is selfless but he was and is insecure. he is not the one to go headlines in morning announcements. when the relationship came to that point where Arjun would take Purvi and make her understand him, boom! the alarm rings with Ovi in India and the ring exchange drama. i dont call it an engagement because only Ovi wore the ring, Arjun had it slipped down by force. Arjun, again misunderstood and to your soothe, slapped! whatever arguments come to support Purvi, i find Arjun much deserving of atleast two more slaps...

Slaps but prior to a just oppurtunity for him to feel the warm redness of his skin. Arjun, the stoically patient negotiator with an exceptional convincing ability tries and fails but he doesnot bow down. He makes a blunt confession to his father after keeping quiet in respect of values, considerations and love. he is rebuked but then logic forces a hearty acceptance. when circumstances delay the ring slip off, Arjun snivels of pain and anguish given to him by the goddess he is madly in love with and how unfortunate is he, his childhood lover is blind. leaving it behind, after whimpering in silent tears, Arjun again stands up for dignity of love and boldly and proudly speaks of his unconditional love, again and again and again and then, again! Arjun is stout and steadfast in his claims, he throws no words but paints the picture with the colors that are thick and pure as his blood. he openly throws away the italian silk and puts on the rubber slipper. he smacks the shares to obsession in courtesy and ...

and tramples the prejudices of a clay feet saint! he not only makes a point that Arjun is the name of purity and absolution but from time to time he tries to hammer the pinkglass coffin of the much dellusional Ovi. he fails in doing so but he sweats first and bleeds next in the venture of love test. he scores an A star grading and runs through the bushes of love animosity, drenched in blood and mud of sacrifice and devotion. the time comes when he gets what he craved for but to what is unconditional love and divine warmth, Arjun is swamped in betrayal and tied in a black string of crushing ache. but through all this, Arjun Kirloskar has risen as the brave protagonist of true love, the saint of courtesy and stoic patience, the soldier of hardships, the gem of concieved, the angel of life and the Prince of heavens.

ARJUN KIRLOSKAR is a character of true depth. love is no game, life is no deal. he knows what it means to be in love, he realizes who is it to be a son. what is his is his.
