It doesnt bother me that Purvi had sex with arjun... it bothers me that. she after that discarded him like used cloth TWICE, and the second time when she knew she was pregnant, and she has the balls to lecture punni how to conduct her life. that irks me. The pot cant tell kettle its black.

tiya ...as far as i know ,even adopted children of same family come under it .

Purvi calls Manav as Baba .

Purvi calls Ovi as behen .

Purvi calls her brothers as Dadas .

What does that make Arjun

it cannot be both ways ...at times adopted status works just fine at times its disadvantageous for poor Purvi

that way even Soham and Sachu r not related to her by blood , thhey didn't even grow up with her , they could have married her but its she who called them brothers and wanted it this way only .

I agree incest is a strong word but giving up a guy after tasting him like candy and ordering him now go and be my sister's husband sounds pretty much incestuous to me .

Nice Post Everyone, The moment Ovi said she will accept Archana as her Aai and Stop the Divorce Purvi forgotten everything including Arjun.

I too feel sorry for Ovi some time but cant believe how she uses ppl weakness like now she is using her baby over Arjun and Archana, Even they are angry wid Ovi but cant say anything,

@kools: I see your point now and I agree to some extent, relationships arent to purvi's convenience, but neither are they to Ovi's, who also asked for her to-be jeejaji.. but I do agree that, by making the choice to discard, its Purvi to blame all-through.

As far as Ovi is concerned she never considered Arjun her jeejaji .

Arjun to her always was the fiancee who went astray .

Neither at that point did she consider Purvi her sister . She did not even consider her mother as family at that point . Purvi was always the excess baggage that her estranged mother brought along with her and sort of forced upon the whole family .

To consider Arjun her jeejaji Ovi had to accept Purvi as a sister .

She did not .Her mother's excess baggage irritated the hell out of her , especially when she hooked her fiancee and her mother rooted for her and sung her glories till her ear drums burst .

Her mother was very very insensitive to her.

Arjun never was her jeeju . He was the boy she grew up with and later had a crush on and got engaged to . Their union was blessed by all elders . Then he went to work on a project in another country as usual and bam ! The next thing she knew was that he had betrayed her , their commitment for another girl and lo behold , that girl turned out to be her estranged mom's adopted daughter .

She was to be married to Arjun first and it was Purvi who took away her fiancee . Arjun was never her jeeju , always , always her fiancee that she lost to another girl .

Being madly in love with him , she kept aside her self respect , ego and went after him to get him back ,

At least i saw the story that way .

ovi tried to talk to them but they refuse to. just my POV i think ovi would rather arjun yell at her and sort out the problem than just ignore her. and purvi keeps her illegitimate child because she loves it too much and ovi starts caring for hers and that means she's using her baby? how has she held her baby over arjun? since the day she came to kolkata she never once threatened to harm her baby. if she wanted to hold it over arjun she cud have displayed her drinking habits infront of him for attention. but she didnt. infact she could have played up her affection for the baby to manipulate arjun's feelings but she didnt. she says exactly whats in her mind...not like the other characters jo bahar kuch aur andar kuch. she's not using the baby, she's trying to keep arjun, herself and her baby happy.

and she doesnt like purvi. y shud she- just because archana adopted her? if archana keeps rubbing purvi in her face then obviously ovi will be angry and archana has no right to be mad- ovi told her you can keep purvi but let me go. if archu wants purvi that badly she shud let ovi go. for both of their sakes.

archana talked to ovi as if it was an unpleasant duty

she was only interested in ' i want teju and purvi to bond' and ' i want her marraige to onir without any problems'

not once has she bothered about how rough the Arjun Ovi marraige was

truly when it is found how the apple of her eye was pregnant before marraige it should be kneaded like dough on her face .

Kool, I see it too, Ovi never considered Purvi sister, everyone in the forum will vouch for that 😆, rather Purvi went on calling every Dehmukh up by their relationship. I also agree, She always thought of Arjun as her future husband, at least the story was shown like that, and that is why she did everything to grab his attention in Canada...

arjun and archu can't say anything to ovi...what are they not saying...the truth...that arjun had sex with purvi and to show purvi how much he loves her he gave patni ka darja to ovi...the truth...that archu doesn't want to treat ovi as her daughter as she wants only purvi's happiness...

given the chance that it was purvi's dream to unite ArMan...what did she exactly did to make then unite...ok lets agree purvi did a sacrifice, is she respecting her sacrifice...was she able to give what archu really wanted...

did purvi had only one way that is to give arjun to ovi to make ArMan reunite...

in my view purvi made havoc in ArMan life by dumping arjun after premarital sex...again i am not opposing Arjun-Purvi relationship, but the way they dumped their relationship and not moving-on making this mess...

For all you were wondering why Purvi is still in the bong isstyle attire😃, well nothing really to do with pativrata bong nari😉, rather it only helps the CVs to cover her big pillow 😆– the way the saree is wrapped around, I mean 😃….but surely, she can wear some expensive sarees bong isstyle too😉
