I don't think Onir is sending Arjun to Hyderabad. Arjun tells Ovi he has to go there for an important conference, and then it is he who calls Onir and asks for the contact particulars of a good doctor in Hyderabad.

As far as we were shown today, Onir has nothing to do with the Hyderabad angle; it was strictly at Arjun's initiative.

I am not sure shyamala that arjun shares correct information with ovi...arjun might have thought if he tells to ovi that he is going to hyd to meet a doctor whom onir suggested, then ovi might get panicked again, so he didn't tell truth to ovi...

and why they are delaying treating Ovi's condition, manav/arjun could afford anything...and the situation they have shown last week was like ovi is really in bad condition with weak womb...just taking medicine is not a solution all the time, patient needs peace of mind...
