No she should have explained to her daughter in her own motherly way about what place Ovi holds in her heart and that every child occupies a different place but that they all mean the same to her.

She called Soham her dada and wanted him as her bro in the family although hewas a criminal while Ovi had a clearer head on her shoulders and bluntly told thatshe could and would not bond with him as he had pumped 2 bullets in her husband . I would say that Purvi wants a readymade fairytale family who regards her as their golden girl coz Archana fed her those fantasies and she grew up on them. Its she who has that woeful complex and tries to displace Ovi .

BTW ArMan and Shravni triangle what ArMan did with the Eyelocks and MFs charade in front of Shravni & even TDH was also Apavitra during the 2 yrs they lead Shravni on..Only Apavitra thing they did not do was having SEX. They both hurt her especially Archana by hovering over Shravni, slapping her and claiming Shravni can have Manav physically but she will always control - rule his heart..What a shame...Manav Hurt Archu by putting sindoor mangalsutra on Shravni while being married to Archana..Shravni never forced herself on him...Its Manav who volunteered and Mahan Archana went along with the so called Foolishness..Like Archana the mother like Purvi the daughter..

Yes di, even i was not ok with the MF's, and truly got angry on Manav for the first time when he put the Sindhoor on shravani when he is married to archu and that too infront of her only did it, thinking very foolishly that she might hate him for this and move one...

Actually I find all three of them at fault in that entire scenario that carried on for years, each had their own faults but all three had their own majbooris di... they are at fault but Not disgusting...

But the story shown now shown is disgusting...
actual ,yes in ArMan's and shravani's case there was a verbal commitment but there wasnt a seven pheras marriage commitment which was very much bigger and needs to be given importance...

There, the fellow manav atleast loved his wife and didnt went into another commitment yet,but here the fellow married the other girl and thinking about his Ex lover...

So I see a huge difference b/w Arman's case and arjun-Purvi's case...

Yes both the Girls are stubborn, self righteous and do big blunders but
even there i see a Huge diff... Purvi were no where near archana...
I always think Purvi is more gutted and do her own manmaanis than archu...

Purvi is a calculative Girl and Move coins with concrete decisions and not like archu...
be it the way ,the first guts she showed with the office manager or the way she handled arjun,..Hmm...Purvi stand so far from archu ...

I wonder why Archana Ovi were never able to bond properly. To Archana it's always been about the other four, mainly. I'm not saying she doesn't love Ovi but she always seems more disappointed with Ovi than she ever is or will be with soham. I loved how she cradled Ovi's head in her lap, she should do these things more often with her. I admit when Ovi entered the show I thought she would be Archana's laadli the way they portrayed it. Maybe they need to show Archana giving equal time to Ovi.

I also feel that she should have told Ovi right there and then that she had seen Purvi and that she's going to go to visit her.

I hate how they treat Ovi like a china doll. She needs to be told truths and not lied to constantly. The more she is lied to the more she'll feel frustrated and the more she'll lash out. Archana needs to stop ignoring Ovi's questions and actually try her best to answer them.

I loved Arjun and Purvi but the way CV's portrayed the hospital scene when Arjun was shot, and this is how I saw it that the girl who cared more about Arjun WAS Ovi, her cheeks were tearstained and she looked ready to pass out. I can't really remember the scene very well anymore, so I'm not sure what Purvi did here but realistically you wouldn't accept someone so easily into your life if they had shot your fiance, be it your own brother, sister or mother who shot them.

She did not need to consider. She KNEW she was pregnant when she gave up arjun the second time. There is a scene before leaving when archana asks her - is there any other reason for you leaving, you are hiding something. She sort of hesitates. I think it implied that she already knew abt the pregnancy. But let not a child's future come in way of the tyaag drama
