Arjun sees Ovi holding a glass of wine .He quickly goes to her and takes her in a room where both of them are alone .There he tells her off for acting childish and holding a glass of wine she is 22 months pregnant .Ovi tells him that she never wanted this baby so why should she care . She says that he wanted the child to show the world what a perfect husband he is .
The scene goes in flashback when Ovi first told Arjun about the baby .Arjun seemed happy and wanted to tell the family about the good news .Ovi seemed reluctant to have the baby and was only happy that at last Arjun gave her some attention if only for the sake of the baby . Arjun tells her that she was the one who wanted marriage and now she is pregnant and this is the normal thing to happen ...
Ovi then goes to Archana and tells her that she does not want the baby because she wants to do a lot in her life .Archana tells her to think about her decision and also keep in mind that Arjun wants the baby .Ovi is still reluctant as she does not wish to be tied down with a baby . Archana tells her that no one can ever tell her what to do anyway so it is her decision this time as well as even Arjun is ready to accept what she wants ..
Savita also has a talk with Ovi when they are alone .Savita strongly advices Ovi to have the child .She says that right now Arjun is deeply in love with Purvi and the baby will help Ovi get Arjun back to her .Savita says that love between a boy and a girl is just very superficial but the love that one has for one's child is much more deep like the way she loves Manav and Vandita and cannot think of a life without them .She tells Ovi that Damodarand her never really got on well with each other but always stayed together for the sake of their children ...and if Arjun starts loving his child then he will also love the mother of the child so to get her husband's love , Ovi must have this baby .
Now the scene goes back to the present where Arjun is telling Ovi off for holding a glass of wine .He tells her strictly that having the baby was her decision and she should respect this decision . Ovi tells him to stop being so emotional .Ovi starts forcing him to have the drink and that makes Arjun even more irritated .He tells Ovi to stop all this and go back to the party .Arjun and Ovi come out of the room and tell Manav and Archana that htey are leaving .They both start putting up the act of being happy and romantic .
When they leave , Manav happily tells Archana that both of them look so happy and Ovi is glowing .Archana is a little skeptical and says that she hopes that they are actually as happy as they are showing the world .
Arjun parks the car in the car park .Ovi asks Arjun if he loves her .Arjun answers that a person loves 2 people in this world , his mother and also the mother of his child .Ovi sarcastically tells him that his answer was rather smart because she can neither be happy or sad with it .
Inside their home ,Ovi starts watching the DVD of Arjun's speech where Arjun had said that behind every successful man there is a supporting woman and that is his wife Ovi .Ovi keeps smiling sarcastically as if she is dismissing all that Arjun was saying .Arjun sees her watching his speech but without saying anything he leaves the room . .
Manav helps a neighbour to get a job ( they both are standing outside Manav's house ) .This boy thanks him a lot .Archana comes out and and asks Manav is he has any problems living in the chawl after he lived in Canada for 18 years . Manav says that he has no problems at all. He says that he has seen thgis himself that money cannot really buy happiness .He had so much money but was desperately unhappy and lonely but then one day Archana cvame back in his life and he did not need anything at all...18 years ago he was in so much pain without Archana and to forget all that he just kept making money but still felt so empty but now he is happy because now he has Archana with him .
He then goes o nthe say that he loves helping people and they have a lot of money to do that .His kids also have a lot of money .When Manav starts talking about his children , he is accidentally takes Sohaqm's name as well.Archana looks happy to hear him say that and says that their children need their parents and the good upbringing that they gave them is the most important asset that they have .
Arjun is standing alone , in front of the mirror .The song darmiyaan is playing as he thinks about many different times with Purvi . How they used to be happy doing simple things like eating Paani puri etc , bu thow it all changed when Purvi decided to leave him and told him to work on his marriage with Ovi . Arjun looks sad as he thinks about those times .
He imagines that Purvi is also with him .
Purvi is telling him to use the software properly .Arjun tells her that now that she is here , she wil lfix everything .Purvi says that he keeps doing the wrong thing ( talking about the software ) .Arjun smiles and says that this is the story of his life .He says that she knows about all his things , his files , his stuff but his heart is still with her ...he starts talking on his own ( imagining that Purvi is in the room ) .Ovi sees this and questions Arjun why he was talking on his own .
She is really angry and tells Arjun that yet again he is talking to his love ...
Arjun says that he has to go to Kolkota for a meeting and he will make sure that ...
Ovi interrupts him midway and shouts that he is concerned only about the baby and his baby is safe with her .Arjun says that as soon as he comes back he will how her to a good doctor but Ovi shouts and says "Whatever " .
Precap : Arjun and Purvi are having Pani Puri together. They are also on a boat and having rasgullas together . think they are in Kolkotta ..
