Manav said that he would always be there for her etc but he didnt look at her properly after Arjun confessed he was indeed in love with Purvi.

Manav had the guts to slap a 20+ year old man who didnt commit any crime by loving in love but to knock some sense into his that brat's tiny brain it was so hard for him.Not once did he reprimand her for breaking her sister's engagement and bartering Arjun for Archana's happiness.

Archana the Original Mahan knows wat its like to be separated from the one u love.The pain, loneliness and the sufferings that accompanies it.When Ovi slapped Purvi the first time Puni got the slap for messing with Purvi.Here where Purvi was so happy and enjoying herself after such a long time Archana said nothing to Ovi.No slaps,no famous speech etc.

Blood is thicker than water...the way things unravel in these type of situations like the one today i am left to believe that.

Was there any iota of sympathy or concern for Purvi?NO.They were all comforting the baby as she has lost her pacifier.

Purvi is a part of the D clan only becaz she had to prove herself.Is that how a family operates?None of then would even talk to her properly when she was engaged.No one of them give two hoots abt her esp Savita whom i recalled said she was picked up on the road.How cruel and now they all act so loving and caring,buying her things.Like if they can ever repay her for the favour she has done them.

Its time like this that we see who are our loved ones and who are not.Family stand by you thru thick and thin and never discriminate between the children...here i see blatant discrimination between Ovi and Purvi.

I guess Purvi was Archana's pastime and now she got her parivaar back Purvi can go shove it.

Elders have a right to defend their children but all i see is them once again proving that blood is thicker than water.

Jai, the comments are not about Ankita, it was about the character, Archana. I wrote what I felt, it is ok to disagree.. But, as I said, there is nothing personal against the actress in there ... On a side note, If Ankita is moving on to do better things, good for her. She definitely does not need to play mother of 5 and a nani at this age. Jia, as Punni is the best..👏...She comes rarely, but whenever she comes there is halchal all the way.
Shruthi, for a young girl of 19, does a very good job and today I thought she was at her best. I cannot think of another Ovi than her, for she portrays the childish, sullen, petulant, self-absorbed gal very well...She wasn't as good initially, but she has improved by leaps and bounds now. Working with senior actors definitely helps these young kids.

Now coming to the main interest, I do not understand Purvi's sacrifice completely, but do to some extent knowing the history behind it. I do empathize with her need to give her aai back her life. But, what I find objectionable is HOW she did it. That is something I still cannot accept, forgive and forget. She did it behind his back, and not only that, she deceived him till the end, even after deciding to do it. That is unacceptable to me. Anyway, no point rehashing history.
Yes, sadly, Arjun still understands her. Even if he gets frustrated sometimes with her, he still knows why she did it and is trying to honor it for her sake. And probably will do it too, after tomorrow, when she is going to ask him once AGAIN to do it for their love. But, isn't that the biggest loss in her life, to loose such a person? Is this mother and so-called sister worth it?
It is too late now, they are so entangled into this web of sacrifice, they can never breach this contract willingly as long as Ovi holds on to it. And, as of now, there is no way, she is going to give it up.

A family with a father, brother and sisters is just a myth that Purvi had been hankering for so long. As we saw today, they care a hoot for her, when it comes to Ovi. yes, she will be an orphan again in the true sense now. For, she does not have even Arjun now, who would have been her only family in the true sense. Sadly, so..

Its obvious that Arjun's feelings matters not to the D clan - only Ovi's. He's just the prize that she HAD to have but hopefully one day it wil smack her in the face that love isn't about possession but freedom.

If they want and are capable, they can play any character of any age. Yes, there are limitations but there is technology to help.

This is no comparison, but an example:

Anupam Kher made an entry into hindi films at the age of 28 yrs in the film Saaransh in the role of an aging old man and he played it fabulously. There are many such examples all over the world.

Ultimately, it is the actor's prerogative and sud be respected.
