PART- TWENTY SEVEN
All were happy and sat together to discuss their next step.. Archana said that they will call panditji to fix a date for arjun and purvi engagement and with this everyone were happy and then manav asked DK about the media..
DK: its ok manav lets leave them on their way.. If we will try to clarify them then they will create more mess and make want ever they want so if we leave them they will not concentrate on it…
Manav: yes u are right.. we know what is the truth and we need not say it to anyone.. we are not afraid of anyone..
After this teju will ask about their thought about vinay and says that they should do something to him otherwise he is dangerous.. Manv and DK say that they will speak directly with their father and will see what he will do otherwise we will take an action against him… After all this discussion DK, Ashna and Arjun will leave the house…
Archu , Manav, DK and ashna will go to panditji and ask for the dates.. He will see the kundali of Arjun and purvi and will tell that both are made for each other and will be happy ever after.. He will say that there is marriage time only for a month in their kundali otherwise there is no strength for their marriage for atleast three more years and will also say that the girl has to face some troubles in her life in her future and needs a strong support to her otherwise she might not be able to overcome them…
Hearing this all the four gets afraid and will think and decide to get them married soon.. so the panditji will tell that next day evening was best for engagement and after ten days was marriage…
Arjun and purvi will be shocked to listen that they are gonna get married within 10 days but all their family members assure them and will convince them…
All of them invite all their relatives friends and business partners for the next day party.. And Arjun will go to get the ring with Sachin and Purvi will go with priya who came to see how they were after this drama and gets happy and shocked to know that arjun and purvi are marrying each other…
Archu will inform about the engagement to savita and sulochana who are her saas and aai respectively… then she will tell manav that aai was angry at her as we are getting purvi married first than teju.. Manav says he will explain them everything and assure her not to worry.. Tej overhears all this and thinks it's the time to say about her love and will tell them everything.. Manav and archu initially gets shocked but after inquiring with purvi and Arjun about ajith they say yes and will ask her to call him to ARVI's engagement so that they can meet him…
NEXT DAY: DESHMUKH HOUSE:
All the preparations were done for the engagement as the engagement was in a hotel there was no much work in the house.. Everything was looked after by manav and more keenly by DK as he wanted that day to be special… Savita and sulochana came from their places which were in the outskirts of the Mumbai.. Along with Sulochana came ruchi who was sulo's son's only daughter and a very sweet girl vey close to teju and purvi.. She is a doctor and stays in delhi and is doing her house surgency… She was just some months elder than Teju.. Both the aaji's were happy for purvi and even blessed teju as they came to know about her love story.. They were excited to see Ajith and were happy that arjun is gonna marry Purvi as they always liked arjun from childhood…All the three girls were having a great time and even priya joined them.. It was almost 5 in the evening and they started to get ready..
Everyone were ready and all the arrangements were ready and they moved to the hall…
GRAND HOTEL:
The hall was beautifully decorated and was like a White palace as it was decorated fully with White tulips which were Arjun's favourite flowers.. Only the part where the bride and groom are gonna sit was decorated with Red roses which were purvi's favourite.. Everyone who entered the hall were praising the decoration and which was looking more great in the shine of the candles and the electrical lights..
Manav and Archana reached there first and were welcoming the guests.. Purvi was in a room in the first floor and was getting ready.. Teju, ruchi and priya were helping her..
Then Ashna, Arjun and DK entered along with Arjun's aaji Sujatha… Archana and Manav welcomed them and they came in sat in the front row..
Arjun was sitting along with Sachin and they were looking at the hall and were looking actually searching for a room that is purvi's room.. Arjun was desperately waiting for her to see how she was on their special day.. He was trying to think what she wore But before he could say something savita and sulo came to arjun to talk with him. By the time he finished talking to them and took blessings manav came to arjun to move on to the stage… Arjun was not happy as he could not see purvi till then.. Arjun went and sat on the stage for some puja and then panditji performed pooja and then archana and manav gave him the shagun and asked him to change the clothes and come.. So went up and as he went up he heard some girls talking and stood there..
Arjun: sachin that is purvi's voice right.. so they are hear can we go and meet them.. I wanna see her…
Sachin was shocked to see arjun talking like that…
Sachin's shocked expression makes arjun think about what he was thinking and just says that since morning she is not even lifting my call so I wanna ask her whether everything is correct or not..saying this arjun enters his room to get ready..Even while changing his clothes arjun keeps thinking about why was he so desperate to see purvi…
Meanwhile purvi comes down for the puja in a pink saree with a blue colored border.. She was simple but elegant.. She comes down and performs puja and then Ashna gives her shagun and she takes that and goes to her room to get ready.. As she goes up Arjun comes down missing the chance to see purvi…
Arjun was in a dark blue colored sherwani with a red bottom and red stole.. It was dress selected by purvi.. He did not knew that it was her selection.. As he came down archu comes to him and says that he was looking great and says him that it was Purvi's selection.. He gets shocked and thinks how come they both select their dresses so perfectly as the dress he selected for purvi was also with the same colors…
Arjun will be sitting beside sachin and will be still thinking about purvi "now she might be wearing the dress that I selected her and I wanna see how she will look in it.. I just imagined her in that and took it but I don't whether she will look in the same way I imagined or not…" he will watching the stairs every now and then as he was more desperate to see purvi now after knowing that both are going to be in same colours…
Then suddenly Manav takes the mike and says that he was very happy to see all of them turning at the party to bless their children and says that his dream is gonna fulfil to some extent in a few minutes. He then calls arjun upon stage and says that he is proud to get such a son in law and such a caring husband to her daughter who understands her more than everyone… Then he says that his daughter is just like an angle in their family and loves her a lot.. He then announces to give a huge round of applause to Purvi and Arjun and says that there comes his angle Purvi…
As soon as Manav says purvi is coming everyone looks at the stairs and so arjun.. Everyone starts clapping as purvi stands at the top of stairs with a huge smile on her face.. She was accompanied by Priya, teju and ruchi…
Purvi wore a Red colored lehanga which had heavy work on it.. The blouse was also red one and the dupatta was a dark blue and netted one.. It had a big banaras border and the dupatta was also heavily worked.. She wore it in gujarati style and was looking graceful.. She wore a diamond set with a big red ruby in the middle of it and with big earrings which were touching her shoulder.. She left her hairs freely with a small clutch.. she was looking great in that minimal makeup which always showed how natural beauty she was and that she doesn't need any artificial make up..The lipstick she wore made her lips look more beautiful and the shivering of the lips due to nervousness was clearly visible on it but even that added a charm to her face…
Arjun was just shocked by seeing her.. Her beauty made him open his eyes wide open.. He was staring at her as if he was going to kill her with his eyes… She just saw the whole crowd and looked at arjun staring her in a shock and blushed a lot seeing him like that.. Her blushing added more to her beauty and she was looking more pretty.. She then started to move down just looking at arjun ignoring the whole world till she reached down..
Arjun's pov:
Woow!! Awesome!! Gorgeous!! No words are there to describe her beauty and she looks beyond my imagination… I thought she will look good in this Lehanga but she looks more than anything in this world.. Really it's her beauty which made the dress look more elegant..
He was just staring at her till she came down and was looking at her after she came and stood beside him…
Purvi's Pov:
Wow he looks so great in this sherwani he just like how I imagined.. It suited him well.. What a coincidence both of them are in same colors and we did not even plan for it.. Thank god I did not call any my friends otherwise I would have died because of their jealousy and oh god now im gonna be his wife I should protect him from the girls till now I thought I doesn't need this but now a headache started for me and I should protect him from other girls…
As she comes down all other family members comes around them..Ashna and Archana will give them the rings and they both will exchange the rings.. Arjun will be looking at purvi and Purvi at arjun forgetting the whole world while and after exchanging the rings..The claps sound in the hall brings them back to this world… They take blessing from everyone and arjun's aaji was very happy that her grand son got such a beautiful wife and blesses her..It will be the time for the family pics and the pics of bride and bridegroom alone… everyone starts meeting arjun and Purvi and congratulates them and wishes them all the best…then
Suddenly all the lights gets off…
Everyone gets panic and will be looking here and there then comes a voice from the back.. "Hi everyone this is teju.. pls don't panic everything is Ok its my plan to cut the lights for few seconds… sorry to trouble u all but this is a surprise for my sis.. My little sis looks always an angle for me.. I always feel happy and proud that this beautiful girl is my sis who is not only good at looks but also at heart.. So today is a big day for her so I wanted to give a surprise to her..And this is also to Arjun who is my best friend.. now u are gonna be my sis husband and so im gonna call u jiju though u are younger than me… so within few days u both will get married and she will be with u so pls take a great care of her as she is very precious to all of us…so this is for u both and more for my sis.. and Purvi with this I just wanted to say that I love u and will miss u…"
Then slowly music starts and a projector starts playing all the pics of Purvi when she was born, her childhood, with her mom, dad,aaji. ajuba and then with Teju and with Ashna and DK and then finally comes her pics with Arjun.. Her pics with arjun from the childhood to till now every pic will be presented.. After the presentation it comes I love u purvi and will miss u.. Then all the lights gets on and teju will come in front of screen and says I will miss u a lot my angle… Purvi then runs towards teju and hugs her..
Archana also goes and hugs both of them and then manav too joins them.. All their eyes will be filled with tears and seeing them like this everyone gets emotional.. Ashna then goes to them and says " so u are making us villains in front of every one as if im snatching ur baby from u.."
With this everybody laughs and they break the emotional mood.. Ashna then says to teju " purvi is even very precious to us also just like u all and even more to arjun so just don't worry about her we will take a great care of her.."
Teju then thanks ashna and hugs her and even purvi joins them..
After all this the party goes on very well and every one leaves to home…
