PART-TWENTY EIGHT:

All of them returned to their houses after the party…

DESHMUKH RESIDENCE:

Everyone will be happy that the party was well and reaches their rooms to sleep.. Sulochana and savita and ruchi will sleep in a room and archana and manav moves into their room and same with teju and purvi..

Teju gets freshened up and gets a call from ajith and goes out talking on the phone.. Purvi changes her dress and washes her face and sits calmly on her bed thinking something… Then tej enters the room and sees purvi lost in her thoughts and goes to her sits beside her and asks her about what she was thinking…

Purvi just smiles and says: I was thinking about and jiju..

Tej: about us!! What are u thinking about us??

Purvi: nothing di… U know what whenever I see u with Jiju na I feel so happy.. U look completely different when u are with him.. U willnot look my di at all..u were not like this before u used to tease people and u couldnot stay at one place and used to move here and there but when u be with jiju u just forget everything and stay along with him for hours together.. u feel so comfortable & happy with him…I feel very nice seeing like that… U make him feel very special and he makes u feel very special that makes me happy.. u know Im very happy for u and u made a perfect choice for u…

Tej: (smiles) thank u purvi..

Purvi: so now u tell me what did aai and baba said about ur marriage?? Are they happy with ajith??

Tej: ya they said yes.. they are totally happy at my choice and even both the aaji's are happy with him.. they liked him a lot..And u know baba said that tomorrow they all will go to ajith's house to meet their mom and will talk to her and wanted to invite her to your wedding also..

Purvi: that's so nice di.. im so happy for u… both will be happy and share a hug… but suddenly purvi breaks the hug and teju asks her the reason..

Purvi: but di in ten days I will get married and I will leave this house I don't know why I started to feel tensed and worried..

Teju: why are u worried u are gonna marry arjun whom u already know very well and he knows u well so no problem na..

Purvi: I don't know di why im feeling like this but u know when we accepted for this marriage we were quiet happy but as the days are passing im feeling little afraid and getting uncomfortable with him… U know today both of us did not speak at all.. We were behaving like unknown people and don't know why this is happening…

Teju gets confused listening to purvi.. she was not able to say any thing.. Archana overhears the convo and enters the room.. She goes near them and sits beside them and starts talking to them…

Archu: Purvi u know any girl will not feel excited about her marriage as soon as she hears about it. U know she will have a fear in her that she should leave her family and live with new people and new environment, new habits and so the same is with u.. though u know ashna aunty since ur childhood but u never saw her as ur saas na so that is why u are feeling like this.. And coming to ur confusion about arjun this is all because of the things that happened suddenly and as ur marriage was settled all of sudden then it is obvious for u both to feel uncomfortable.. Till now u both thought of each other as friends but seeing as life partners and getting adjusted to this relation takes time. And I know by the time of the marriage u both will become comfortable with each other… and u know the best thing in your relation is u understand each other very well that no one needs to help u in that so u will easily gets habituated with this new relation…

Listening to all this purvi feels little relaxed and she hugs her mom and cries saying.. now I can stay with u.. the place where I was born and brought up to that place I need to come as a guest and leave I cant stay as usually..everything changes and even my name also.. within ten days I will no more be PURVI DESHMUKH.. I love u all aai.. I will miss u all so much.. saying this she hugs her mom more tightly..even teju joins both of them and all the 3 share a hug..

Archu releases the hug after sometime and says : "now u are saying like this but after ur marriage u will be busy with ur life, ur husband ur saas and sasur and then u will say u have no time to come this house also.. u will say I cant leave my husband and my children alone and come…"Listening to this both tej and purvi smiles and combinedly say no we will never say like that.. Archana then tells them to sleep and leaves the room giving a gud night kiss to purvi and teju..

KIRLOSKAR MANSION:

Arjun will be wandering in the balcony attached to his room and will be looking up into sky.. Ashna then enters the room and goes to him and asks him why was he still awake..

Arjun: mom I don't know why I think purvi is not happy with the marriage..

Listening to this ashna gets shocked..

Ashna : why arjun why are u telling like this ?? did purvi say anything to u??

Arjun: no mom.. she did not say anything but I felt so.. u know she did not speak anything properly with me today.. she was calm and was uncomfortable..

Ashna: so this is the reason..(smiles) arjun no girl will be happy when her marriage is coming nearer because they will have their own fears and doubts.. everything changes for them just with in a day and they will be worried about it.. and in your case all this happened suddenly so its sure that purvi will have some fears and might be worried with that.why do u think that she is not happy.. if she is not happy then do u think that she will agree to marry u by herself without any one 's force??

Arjun: no.. she will openly say that she is not ready to marry..

Ashna : then when u that she is happy with the marriage why do u get all these doubts now.. and arjun say me one thing don't u have any fears in your mind??

Arjun; yes mom.. I do have many questions and fears in my mind.. I do fear about our future.. how its gonna be and all..

Ashna: yes the same is the condition with purvi. And she needs time to understand it and get adjusted to it.. till now u were friends and now u are gonna marry each other so u both need time to adjust to this new relation… so just take time and don't panic.. everything will be alright.. u know when u have respect and trust any relation will stand up and will be successful just have it in your relation…

Arjun hugs his mom and thanks her and goes to sleep…

The time passes by and everyone were busy shopping for the marriage preparation for various rasams and all are were planned.. DK and Manav wanted everything perfect in all the rasams of their childrens marriage… Slowly the news will be out that arjun and purvi are getting married and ovi comes to know this…

She will be shocked to know this and will be crying knowing this. More than sadness she was filled with hatred and jealous on purvi. With all the tamasha she saw on tv about arjun & purvi she thought they would be separated for ever and was happy but this came like a shock to her… she was not able to digest it.. More over arjun and purvi did not invite any of their friends to engagement and so she came to know about this just 3 days before their wedding..

As the days passes arjun and purvi starts feeling little better.. though they feel something different when they are present together they tried to remember their mothers words and tried to accept and move along with it.. But as the time approaches they were comfortable with each other and were like before.. They now accepted the relation that is going to change soon in their lifes .. Though they feel at each other and look at each other as their life partners they still believe in their friendship.. They were not sure how their relation will be after marriage but they believed that their friendship will strengthen and it will always bind them together always..

All the rasams of the marriage like choodi ka rasam and mehendi were completed properly.. Next day was the day of the marriage and after mehendi everyone went to sleep and next day night was the marriage.. Purvi was sitting on her bed looking at mehendi and the name of arjun written in it.. She was smiling looking at that name… Teju enters the room and sees purvi and moves towards her..

Tej: why are smiling like that purvi??

Purvi: di.. I never thought that arjun will be my husband and I will put mehendi of his name… U know di I and arjun used write our names with mehendi on our hands when we were children.. He used write my name and I used to write his name just to say that we are good friends but today I have written his name on my hands as a husband..see how different both the feelings are..

Teju: (smiles) yes everything changes quickly in our lifes especially in girl's life.. Today u are here tomorrow u will be in your house as Mrs. Arjun kirloskar..

Purvi gets little emotional with this and hugs teju and cries.. Both sit for some time and talk about their childhood memories and then goes to sleep.. Its almost midnight and manav comes out of his room and goes to purvi's room and starts looking at his daughter.. Archana comes from behind and sees him staring purvi like that and keeps a hand on his shoulder and signals him what and why are u here??

Manav just rubs the tears from his eyes and moves to balcony and sits there calmly.. Archana sits beside him and asks him why and what was he doing there??

Manav: archana this is the last night where my baby is going to be mine alone.. From tomorrow along with my daughter she will be someone else wife and someone's bahu.. This is the last night where she is gonna be as Purvi Manav Deshmukh and from tomorrow she will be Purvi Arjun Kirloskar.. even my name after her name will be removed.. From now she will come just for sometime from now we will be her second priority.. I don't know why this should happen?? I don't know how my baby will be without us and more than that how will I live without my angel.. I know arjun is a nice guy and no one is better than him and I too ashna and DK will take a great care of her but still I don't know im just unable to the bear that she will leave tomorrow.. That is why I was seeing her sleeping peacefully and I don't know when will I get a chance to see her like that…

Saying all this manav cries hugging archu and she too cries and later consoles him..

Achu: u know manav I used to always say that u and purvi are just Xerox copies na its proved again..

Manav: matlab??

Archu: (smiling) u know even she was saying the same dialogues to me on the night after her engagement… and she tells him everything…

Manav smiles and says then whose angle is she Mr. Manav Deshmukh ki. Then she should be like me only..

Saying this they move to their rooms and this will be seen by purvi and she just smiles and wipes her tears and moves to her room and sleeps…
