The Badi Chaupar market in Jaipur came to a halt when actress Parineeti Chopra walked in with director Maneesh Sharma (of Band Baaja Baaraat fame) and actor Sushant Singh Rajput (of Pavitra Rishta fame) to shoot for her upcoming film.

The actors, who reached the Pink City on Saturday afternoon, shot for a few scenes at a makeshift cafeteria that was created on the rooftop of a shop in Badi Chaupar, which is famous for its old structure As soon as the news of a film crew shooting in the vicinity spread, the entire market came to a halt. Shopkeepers, vendors, everybody surrounded the building where the shoot was going on. Even the traffic on the road came to a standstill. Police and private security guards had a tough time dealing with the crowd during the peak hours of business. The shoot went on till late evening. According to sources, the crew will move to Bapu Bazaar and Nehru Bazaar for the next leg of shooting.
