Star kids and siblings do get an opportunity to skip the queue when it comes to making their debut in Bollywood. However, recently even those newcomers, who don't have the backing of a filmi family, have bagged plum projects.

Ayushmann Khurrana and Yami Gautam: The two were seen in John Abraham's production Vicky Donor that proved to be a hit at the box office. It is perhaps the success of this movie that has spurred filmmakers to sign youngster who aren't star-kids or siblings.

Siddharth Malhotra: Along with launching Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan, who belonged to filmi families, Karan Johar also launched Siddharth in Student of the Year. We hear that the actor has now signed a two-film deal with Ekta Kapoor.

Sushant Singh Rajput: Sushant, who has been a popular face after his stint in the serial Pavitra Rishta, is being launched in Abhishek Kapoor's Kai Po che that is adapted from Chetan Bhagat's novel The 3 Mistakes of My Life. Not just that we hear that is also a contender for a role in Rajkumar Hirani's next with Aamir Khan.

Pulkit Samrat: Pulkit's debut movie Bittoo Boss failed at the box office, but the actor was appreciated for his performance. Now, Pulkit has bagged an important part in Farhan Akhtar's upcoming Fukhrey.
