Arjun has become a successful businessman and Ovi is now pregnant with several complications. Arjun and Ovi appear to be a happy couple but it isn't true. Ovi constantly questions Arjun, whether or not he has forgotten Purvi. Later, Arjun goes to Kolkata for business purposes and to find Dr. Onir Dutt, who is a renowned Gynaecologist and the only doctor who is capable of treating Ovi. He finds the doctor and calls Ovi to come to Kolkata for her treatment. Ovi is accompanied by Archana and they arrive at Kolkata. Ovi dislikes Dr. Onir and refuses to get treatment from him. On the occasion of Durga Puja, Archana happens to meet Purvi who is also pregnant. It is now revealed that six months before, Purvi went to Kolkata and met Dr. Onir. They became friends and soon got married. This shocks Archana. Arjun and Ovi also come to know about Purvi when they arrive at Dr. Onir's home for dinner.

Ovi thinks that Arjun is having an affair with Purvi. She gets angry and returns to Mumbai. Onir also refuses to treat Ovi because of her strange behaviour. At this point, Purvi reveals to Onir that Archana and Ovi are not strangers, but her mother and sister. Purvi leaves Onir's home and arrives at Mumbai. She does this so that Onir comes to Mumbai for Ovi's treatment. Ovi and Purvi's tests are conducted and then it is revealed that Purvi is pregnant with Arjun's child (this is when ArVi supposed to get married but later Purvi forced Arjun to marry Ovi) and this was the main reason of her leaving Mumbai. She married Onir only to give her child father's name and still loves Arjun.

Teju and Sunny have fallen in love with each other and now they are struggling to win Savita and Snehlata's heart respectively. On the other hand, Onir learns about Arjun being the father of Purvi's child and supports Purvi. Ovi turns good after seeing Onir accepting Purvi, so Ovi also decides to move on with Arjun and their baby. Meanwhile, it is revealed that, Punni loves Mittal and wants to marry him. Punni marries 40+ old Mittal for the sole reason of acquiring his property and Mittal marries Punni for Karanjkar house, where he wants to build a hotel. Punni signs a pre-nuptial promising Mittal the Karanjkar house.

Arjun-Ovi and Onir-Purvi meet with an accident, where Ovi loses her baby and Purvi delivers a girl. On learning that Ovi has lost her child, Purvi decides to give away her daughter to Ovi. All the family members are happy that Ovi delivered a girl and equally sad about Purvi losing her child. At the same time, Soham is released from jail. Balan, his foster father, brain washes him in killing Manav, but he ends up shooting Archana by mistake, who he's forgiven in the last six months. Archana is in coma, leaving the entire family devastated.

Manav sends Soham to jail, but he is released as Archana signed his bail papers before going into coma. Onir comes to know that Mittal is involved in human organ trafficking racket and Mittal also comes to know that Onir had changed the babies. In the court, it is proved that Pari is Arjun and Ovi's daughter, but Punni comes to know the truth. She sends the CD to Arjun and he finally comes to know the truth. Varsha is also released from jail.

Punni blackmails Purvi to get Karanjkar house on her name, if she wants that Punni doesn't tell the truth to anyone. Purvi doesn't agree to her condition. Punni calls Ovi, Arjun and Purvi to a restaurant and there Ovi comes to know the truth. On her first anniversary, she reveals the truth to family members. Onir and Purvi are removed out of the house. Balan tries to kidnap Pari, but is saved by Soham. Ovi goes to Canada so that she can forget Arjun.

Mittal gets Onir arrested for human organ trafficking and his medical license is cancelled. A new doctor named Dr. Gauri Shahane works as Archana's care taker. Soham and Gauri dislike each other. Onir gets job in the company of a woman named Kinshuk Banerjee, who is a mysterious woman. Another woman named Shalini enters their life, who stasy at Onir-Purvi's house. Surgeon Dr. Agrawal conducts experiment on Archana and finally she is out of coma. Archana comes to know the truth of Pari's birth and is devastated. Soham is brought back to Deshmukh house by Archana and Sulochana also forgives Archana. It is later revealed that Shalini is Onir's first wife.

Archana brings Purvi back to her house. The truth is that Onir did drama that Shalini is his wife so that Purvi can come closer to Arjun. Ovi sends divorce papers to Arjun and Arjun signs on Archana's request. Soham works at a grocery store as a labourer. Manav unwillingly behaves rudely with him so that he becomes a good person in life. Soham and Gauri often meet each other and fight. DK receives a heart attack and Arjun is unable to go to office. Seeing this Purvi joins Arjun's office and they work together. Archana is happy to see Purvi going to office. Balan tries to prove that Soham is a thief by making a false case against him, but fails.

Ovi returns to complete the divorce proceedings and comes to know of Onir-Purvi's broken relationship. In Archana's absence, Soham and Sachin fight and Manav supports Sachin. On this Soham leaves the house and decides to go to Patna. Gauri stops him and takes him to her house. Balan kidnaps Gauri so that Soham again works with him. Manav, Archana, Purvi and Arjun come to know this and they free Gauri from Balan. Sachin and Manav bring Soham back to Deshmukh house. Manav and Archana decide that they will make Arjun-Purvi marry. Ovi comes to know that Onir is a good person and cannot do anything wrong. During the marriage proceedings, Ovi comes to India to find Onir's truth. On her insistence, Purvi gives statement in the court in favour of Onir and Onir gets his medical license back.

Ovi finds the truth of Onir and Shalini's fake marriage. Onir decides to go to Canada for Arjun-Purvi's future. Arjun also comes to know the truth and on the day of marriage refuses to marry Purvi without telling her the truth. Purvi comes to know the truth and along with Arjun stops Onir and ask him the reason for doing so. Onir explains them that Purvi always loved Arjun and can never be happy with him. Archana aplologises to Onir for thinking him wrong. Arjun-Purvi marry and reunite.

Soham slowly discovers that he has fallen in love with Gauri. During Arjun-Purvi's reception party, Sandeep son of a minister Kashinath Sharma misbehaves with Gauri. Some goons fire gun on him and Manav also got hit by bullet on his forehead. On regaining consciousness, Manav gets hyper and behaves violently. Doctors say that Manav has got traumatic brain injury due to which there are harmonal changes in his body due to which he may get violent and forget things. Doctor tells Archana to keep Manav away from stress.

Sandeep tries to misbehave with Gauri, but Gauri hides this from Soham. Manav goes from hospital and beats a ward boy seeing him taking Archana's ring. He also beats Sandeep when he misbehaves with Gauri. Mittal turns out to be Kashinath's friend and visits Sandeep at the hospital. He insults Sachin saying that he is not the real son of Manav and is an illegitimate child. Sachin takes Sandeep's case and Soham warns him to not fight this case. Onir joins the same hospital in which Manav is admitted. Purvi and Arjun fall in a small argument regarding business, but later fix things with each other.

On Janmashtami, Manav returns home. Sachin and Soham get into a fight when Sachin gets hurt by Soham. Manav sees this and goes to stop them, but Archana goes there and they pretend that everything is normal. She later slaps both of them and warns Sachin to not take Sandeep's case. Kashinath comes with Sandeep's marriage proposal for Gauri, but Gauri refuses. Soham tells Archana to bring a daughter-in-law and Archana-Manav think of Sachin's marriage with Gauri. Soham thinks that his marriage is fixed with Gauri and is extremely happy. On the other hand, Sandeep gets furious and decide to get married to Gauri only. Soham informs Purvi of his love and they both are happy. But Archana declares Sachin and Gauri's marriage infront of family and Soham becomes shattered.

Later, Soham gets drunk in the bar and start walking outside. Gauri sees Soham and goes to him. Soham grabs Gauri's hand and confronts her. Gauri is shocked to find out that Soham is in love with her and Soham thinks that she loves him too! Gauri clarifies about the misunderstanding and leaves the place. Soham becomes furious.

Balan gets to know Soham loves Gauri and Gauri's marriage is fixed with Sachin. Balan takes advantage of the situation and starts provoking Soham. On the other hand, Archana is worried because of Soham's changing behavior. She asks Purvi if she knows anything as Purvi is close to Soham! Purvi reveals the truth to Archana. Archana is shocked and blames herself for this mess. Later, Archana tells Soham that Gauri is going to be her sister-in-law, everything is fixed nothing can't be change now. He have to accept the fact!

On Ganesh Utsav, Balan plans to kidnap Sachin as Soham will take Sachin's place at wedding altar. Soham steals Rs. 60,000 from Archana's cupboard to give Balan's Rs. 40,000 for the same Sherwani that Sachin will wear on the wedding and which is gifted by Arjun-Purvi's for Sachin's wedding and rest Rs. 20,000 for the gifts. Later on the Ganesh occasion, Soham pretends to good and give gifts to Sachin and Gauri. Gauri is so shocked to see such expensive Saree and tells about this to Archana. Archana is stunned to find out that Soham has stolen money. Meanwhile, Onir marries Shalini.

Same night, Archana confronts Soham and asks about rest Rs. 40,000. Soham lies and save himself. Later, at Sangeet Ceremony of Sachin and Gauri, Manav sees Soham receiving the Sherwani from Balan. Balan manages to escape. Manav is shocked to see the Sherwani which is exactly like Sachin's Sherwani. Manav asks Soham and Soham lies that "it's Sachin's Sherwani! Mom had given it to me for ironing. And Balan came here to threaten me." Manav is not convinced, He drags Soham to the cupboard and pulls out Sachin's Sherwani. Soham still doesn't want to answer anything and looks worried. Later, Archana and Manav are shocked to see the price of Soham's Sherwani which is Rs. 40,000. Soham leaves the room without answering anything, Archana runs after him.

Then at the Sangeet, Sachin stops Soham. Archana pleads Soham to tell why he was acting this way?! Why he is meeting Balan again? Later, Soham reveals furiously that he loves Gauri and he will marry her tomorrow at any cost. Everyone confronts him! Soham injures Sachin's head very badly. Archana slaps him several times for misbehaving with Manav in front of everyone and hits Sachin head with large metal spoon very badly. Archana breaks all relationship with Soham.

Soham tries to attack Sachin several times in hospital but he fails. Gauri and Sachin starts fall for each other. Later, Soham hides at Purvi's place as police is behind him. Purvi sees Soham in DK's room and asks him "What he is doing here?" Soham lies to her that he will arrest himself soon but before that he wants to apologizes. Purvi trust him and helps Soham. Later, police finds out Soham is in Purvi's place. Soham manages to escape and police arrests Arjun for hiding criminal. Archana yells at Purvi. Everyone is upset with Purvi. Next day, Arjun bails out and is upset with Purvi for hiding Soham.

Archana sees Soham and informs police about the place. Later, Police arrests Soham. On the other hand, Purvi is pregnant but she can't share the happiness with anyone as everyone is upset with her. Onir and Shalini tells about Purvi's pregnancy to Arjun. Arjun becomes happy and forgives her. Later, Archana and the whole family finds out and becomes happy. Archana too forgives Purvi. At the same night, Ovi receives a call from Canada and goes there by telling Archana that she have to complete the new assignment and she will back before her brother Sachin's wedding . Meanwhile, DK and Manav bussineess partnership breaks because of Shirish and Rushaali Karmaker. Manav doesn't want to work with them as Manav knows they are not good people but DK trust them and wants to continue the bussiness with them.

Archana tells Ovi to take appointment from the Doctor as Archana is worried of Manav's condition (which is becoming worse) and wants to take him in Canada to see the Doctor. Ovi becomes worried and it reveals, Ovi has a premature child of 7 months (who was in incubator for more than 1 month). Meanwhile, Purvi handles Manav's bussiness due to that Arjun is upset but DK makes him understand. Arjun goes to Canada for some projects and is shocked to learns he has a bay girl with Ovi. Ovi tells him everything. Arjun is furious! On the other, Soham learns Balan will not bail him out. So he pretends to be injures. While, taking him to the hospital, he escapes from ambulance.

Purvi comes to Manav's home to drop Pari. She tells Teju to give massage to Pari with Dabur red oil. Archana comes and asks her to go to the meeting. Purvi says she isn't attending meeting but going to Canada. She says she will come back with Arjun and attend Sachin dada's wedding. She says she don't want to lose Arjun and she will win him back. She tells Archana to inform Manav. Archana asks her to go and not to worry about him.

Purvi thinks I am coming Arjun to clear our problems. I can't live without you. Onir comes there and says he is going to Canada too. He asks about Arjun. Archana tells Manav that Purvi have to fulfilled the duty of being Arjun's wife. Arjun is hurt somewhere, she went to him. Purvi loves him a lot. Purvi is having her own household and she have her own responsibilities. She tries to make him understand that Purvi has other responsibilities now and her priorities have changed. Manav says it is their responsibility to support Purvi and says she did the right thing.

Onir tells Purvi that you did right, meet Arjun and he will understand. He is very sensible. Purvi shares her problems. Onir explains her about the understanding of them. Purvi says you are right but we used to fight a lot. Onir says marriage is for life and without fight there is no love. He explains beautifully that love is beyond the fight. Purvi thanks him. Onir smiles.

Purvi comes to Arjun's home and thinks Arjun will forgets his anger once he sees me. She is informed by the servant that Arjun went to the hospital with Ovi. She asks the servant to give the address of the hospital and leaves for the hospital.

Purvi comes to the hospital and searches for Ovi and Arjun. She gets tensed and hopes for their well being. Shikha tells Ovi and Arjun that they can take the baby. Purvi looks on at them. Ovi thanks him for staying with her.

Arjun gives the baby to her and says she is my responsibility and I can't run from her. Purvi hears them and runs after them. Arjun and Ovi leaves from the hospital. Purvi wonders about the baby. She thinks to talk to Arjun. Ovi and Arjun are in the car, Purvi calls him and says she needs to talk to him. Arjun says he is in the meeting and says he will call her. Purvi thinks why Arjun lied to me. Ovi tells Arjun, whether he will tell Purvi. Arjun says he will tell her. Ovi tells him, not to say anything to Purvi. Arjun says she should now this being my wife. It is very necessary for her to know about the baby.

Inspector calls Manav and informs him that Soham ran away from Jail. Manav is shocked and tells Archana. Police is searching for Soham but he hides. Purvi enquires about Ovi. She is told by someone that the baby is Ovi's and she delivered prematurely and the baby was in incubator for 2 months. Purvi tries to enquire about baby's father but she refuses divulge any details.

Onir comes there and asks her how come she is here? Purvi tells him that she saw Ovi with her baby. Onir is shocked and says how can this be possible. He says you can't suspect his loyalty. Purvi tells him that Arjun lied to her. She says she wants to know the truth and asks Onir to help her. Onir asks, what he can do? She asks him to check in the hospital as he is working there. Onir says he will do something. He asks the nurse to give the file. He is shocked to see the father's name as Arjun kirloskar. Purvi comes and reads Pia's Kirloskar, father Arjun and mother Ovi. She is shell shocked.

Archana tells Gauri to sleep now and says that guy can't do anything. She says tomorrow is your marriage day, so don't think anything. Purvi calls Archana, Archana asks her to come to Sachin's wedding. Purvi remain silent and cries. Archana gets worried and asks what happened? Meanwhile Soham enters, while Gauri is in the kitchen. Archana asks Purvi to tell what has happened between them. Soham comes and kidnaps Gauri, suddenly some utensils falls down and Archana comes to rescue her but in vain.
Soham takes Gauri to mandir, Gauri says you can't force me. Soham says he is not having any other way out. Gauri says she will die but not marry him. Soham asks the pandit to recite the mantras. Gauri asks him to leave her. Archana and all the family comes there, Archana pleads Soham to leave Gauri. Soham is taking pheras/rounds. Gauri's mother tells Archana to do something. Manav says he has called the police. Soham says today no one can keep her away from him. Archana says Gauri doesn't love you. Soham says his love is enough for him to marry her. Archana asks Manav to do something.

Onir calls Arjun and informs him that Purvi is in Canada. Arjun is shocked. Onir says Purvi came here to make you understand and to surprise you. But you surprised her. Arjun says what he means? Onir says she came to know about the truth and says she is totally shaken and broken. She is in mental trauma. He asks Arjun to come and explain her.

Nurse informs Onir that Purvi is not in the ward. He go there. Purvi feels pain in her abdomen and falls down. Onir rushes to her and asks the nurse to make the arrangements for the operation.

Sachin asks Soham to leave Gauri. Soham fires at Sachin but Gauri takes the bullet on her chest, leaving his family shocked. Soham is shocked and asks her to wake up. He says I love you. Archana rushes to her but Soham says you killed my Gauri. Manav and others asks him to leave her. Soham says he won't and is leaving with Gauri. Police comes and says all the ways are closed. Soham runs away from there and jumps in the pond. Archana curses him. Everyone is shocked. Archana cries.
