previously i had almost run 4 Kms at evening but i had no option but to take break from it becoz i was busy in PhDCet & some of the competitive bank exams for marketing officer now all my exam r over,
so i thought why not continue with my running activity 😆.
yesterday i had got little tired becoz i couldn't run continuously at the uniform speed for 4 Kms😡😆 but i m sure as the time passes i will once get back my uniform speed without any tiredness 🤣
