I agree that they could have paired rane with teju although I don't believe that ashvik are uncomfortable with each other because the offscreen masti they have shows how close they are also in a sbs where there was only RD and shruti he was less talkative and not conversating much with shruti it felt like he was ignoring/unaffected by her presence.

Introducing a new love interest for Purvi makes no sense. Love is not a game whereby people just fall in and out of love at the snap of a finger. Arjun and Purvi already love each other. They should have brought in a love interest for Ovi and then she would have realized that what she felt for Arjun was just childish infatuation. The CVs are sending out the wrong message about love. They have made a mockery of love and relationships.
