I don't think it was purvi or ovi. I think it was Teju. Teju has a soft spot for archana so maybe she doesn't want Manav and archana to divorce.

see it was long time back...and it was immediately when she heard about it...

i don't expect anyone to stay calm immediately when they get to know the person who told he loves her and want to do engagement with her and wedding will betray her...and in usa/canada kids grow with much practical life, and the way arjun and ovi grew - ovi thought arjun got trapped with indian girl...but arjun never told her that he never loved her...

because it is purvi, we the viewers will think ovi wanted to get back arjun by giving blank check...but just see if it is other lady instead of purvi...

My bet is it is Ovi.

Purvi was sort of embarassed by Manav- he even flat out said no to her kanyadaan plea- and her Archana aayi also forbade her from going to court-I doubt she'll have any such tricks up her sleeve after this. Furthermore, we see Manav quickly assuming that it was done by Purvi-given the shocks that CVs like to give, this means it was not done by Purvi and that the audience is in for a surprise. Also, there's no reason for the court to not mention the daughter's name except to keep the ambiguity alive.

Now Ovi will want a deal with Purvi- "Drop Arjun and I'll convince dad to drop the divorce idea. You have 10 days to decide."

Teju may have heard a conversation. she was actually softening up to Archu before the Arvi scandal so maybe she want sto give Archu a fair chance...

masti I too think the same way . Ovi has submitted that affidavit not Purvi .

But I think she did it for Arjun .

She will buy time of 10 days with that affidavit ...strike same deal with Purvi that she did with Archana and for her Aai's happiness Purvi will accept the deal .

I always felt that Ovi chose the wrong person to make the deal with . If she had made Purvi the same offer Purvi would have considered it . Archana rejected it .

Somehow Purvi will find a way to break off with Arjun .

Agreed that Manav and Teju will not think Arjun is good enough for her . But Ovi is beyond caring . All she knows is that she loves Arjun bas . In most houses the mother in laws blame the bahu for the rift between them and the son . Never do they blame the son . Its always ' the bahu taught him this .' Same way in Ovi's eyes '' Mera Arjun' can be led astray by Purvi and if she breaks them up he wil llearn gradually to love her .

She does not have Manav Teju's objectivity towards Arjun .

She feels she will make them agree later ...with lots of pleading and bocz she did suicide attempt Manav will agree .

It can also be that she is trying to achieve both ...hers and Archana's happiness with this deal bco she did overhear Sachu warning Savita that day , Archana is her mother who is ready to give up everything for Purvi and Sachu , she has lost Arjun , and she does not want her grandmother to be found out as whatever she may be she did bring the kids up .

So with this deal she achieves everything . The only snag is Purvi and Purvi she will make understand .

I saw a video where Purvi is with Arjun and they both look at the sky for 'ashna star'...

in that video purvi was looking good not tension of seperation feeling and very well dressed up for shaadi things...

also from the scene...when Ovi attempted suicide and when manav came to her, that scene was really heart touching, "Ovi was lil scared and manav didn't tell anything but just gave a warm hug"...and Ovi told to Punni that she doesn't want to listen to any plans...

even the new montage doesn't show that Ovi is angry...or it doesn't show that Purvi is sad or something...

so i don't think Ovi is going to ask Purvi to give back her Arjun...Ovi clearly knows that manav will not accept it if she wants to marry Arjun...ovi can loose everything but not her dad...somehow i feel Ovi came to ask for help, as the prediction say twins will make ArMan together...

somehow i always have hope that CVs will not make twins as bad girls...and especially Ovi they won't make bad girl, because so many people used to say to her that she is just beautiful as her mother(of course ovi never liked that comparison because she missed mom's love so much)...but she always want her dad to be happy...

if twins know that their dad will be happy if archu is back in his life, then twins will do anything...

Purvi did not file affidevit...Its Ovi who did it..

What is the reason behind it God-CVs the only one who knows..

Is it for her dad's happiness or is to get Arjun back? By doing a barter exchange with Purvi...I saved your Aai's marriage to Baba by cancelling divorce and now you give me Arjun back...But I know for sure Manav or Teju will not let Ovi go after Arjun as he does not love her..

So what is the motivation? We find out soon

As Varsha says what the CVs have in mind God alone knows but...

It is true that Ovi came to her with a very very forlorn face . To tell the truth I felt very bad for her . Whether she has come for her parent's happiness or herself or both ...I always feel bad for the desperate person who loses everything . I guess its the sucker in me .

It also may be that according to his promise Bisnu won't kidnap Purvi again but DK or Arjun and finding out that Bisnu is only Soham Purvi will not tetify against him in court ...again for Archana's happiness . This will lead to rift between Purvi and Arjun and Arjun will go back to Ovi . I wonder how and when Sameer Rane will come in the picture ...all I know is they r repeating the story so Purvi will get engaged to Sameer just like Archana got engaged to Jay .
