Yes, Ovi is completely like Manav. So Manav does not even know importance of relationship. He gladly accepted his shares and did not even told once to Arjun that he cant buy Ovi's happiness with his shares...

This is "Pavitra Rishta". Savita Aai will be very happy for the addition of money...

Manav probably gave all his shares to Ovi since he doesn't want to see her hurting. Even if Manav gave some shares to Teju I don't think she would take them.

It made no sense that Arjun would offer his shares in the company to Ovi but then maybe if he was leaving the company, he needed to give up his shares, who better than the girl whose life he had ruined? If he had offered it to Manav, Manav would have refused but handing them to Ovi was okay with Manav too. I really don't think Arjun offered it as a monetary compensation (not the way Ovi tried to buy Purvi out). The whole share thing was very odd though.

SW1 - I was reading thru the comments and your comment (underlined) got me thinking...yes, it could be a possibility that one has to work in the company to own shares...but then transferring it on Ovi's name doesn't make any sense either, right? I mean Ovi doesn't work in the company as an employee...so after Arjun's resignation, both are equal from the 'Company's" POV...so again that I wasn't sure off...transferring shares to Ovi was the most weird insensitive thing I have seen so far...and that Manav accepted so again another weird direction by the director...I say what were the Cvs thinking...
