It made no sense that Arjun would offer his shares in the company to Ovi but then maybe if he was leaving the company, he needed to give up his shares, who better than the girl whose life he had ruined? If he had offered it to Manav, Manav would have refused but handing them to Ovi was okay with Manav too. I really don't think Arjun offered it as a monetary compensation (not the way Ovi tried to buy Purvi out). The whole share thing was very odd though.
How can we justify one act and question the other...They both were in the same tone..
One (Ovi) was trying to buy someone's (purvi) love..
The other (Arjun) was paying off for the hurt he caused to Someone (Ovi).

I could have set here and justify Ovi buying Purvi out...But I know what is right and fair...So I wrote abt Ovi and Manav and Arjun all 3...
If Purvi does not take offense to Arjun giving his shares to OVi as a paying off...I guess she would have double standards too...Again my opinion only..😳
