It takes two!

Not -so-shockingly, last night epi was full-on melodrama over a girl being much-maligned with the blame of having an affair with a guy who is a grown-up man. Yes there is the situation of being engaged, but is it a baal vivaah? Is it fixed by the elders and there is nothing to be asked to the parties? Girls like Ovi are forward enough to wear short dresses these days yet still not ready to be clear about whether feelings are mutual! If I was in Ovi's position, the moment I'd hear such rumour I'd ask the other person whom I was gonna share my life with whether it is true! Now, if he will speak truth or lie depends on his character, but I'd definitely not start or participate in that drama that went on last night!

Ekta's shows has kinda established the trp-value of blame-game scenes like this! Either a guy will be framed of having an affair or forcing himself on a vampish girl/someone planted by the villain... or where lead female/a really not-at-fault girl will be accused of snatching another girl's fiancee...I recall another K-show titled 'Kkusum' where her daughter Kumud was really ill-treated by her half-sis Kali simply because Kali's bf pretended Kumud threw herself on him...and here Arjun is not even required to clarify the matter! This shows how most of the tv serials are getting dumber day-by-day!
