Teju tells Purvi to stay away from her family problems .A very hurt Purvi asks Teju how she could say something like this ? Teju says that there is nothing to think about any more as her relationship with Purvi can never be the same again .Teju takes out a bundle of notes snd putsit in purvi's hand , telling her that this is the rent for her 3 month stay in her house .Now Purvi starts crying so Teju keeps the money on the table .A very angry Sulochna talks to Teju .
Sulochna : So you want to give money ...how much can you give ? Why so less ?
Teju : Oh , my Aaji told me that both you and your daughter are after money only , how about this also .
She takes out more money and throws it on the table .
Sulochna : All of your dadddy's money cannot pay for the love that we gave you . You got sick...can pay for the medicines , but can you pay for the prayers that we did for you ? And who is talking about lying ? The girl who lied to her father and came to India without telling him ... When you had the accident , Archana cried so much..went to Ujjain for you .For so many days , we loved you , took care of you as if you were some delicate flower ...Can you pay for all that love ?
Teju ( rudely ) : Oh God ! ( starts clapping ) You speak really good dialogues and your drama is also pretty good but I am not so foolish .You did all this drama for your own good .You were sweet to me because of alimony , yo uwanted money from my father .It's mind blowing how you have played with my emotions ... but today I must pay for your drama as I don't like to see all this for free...she keeps her wallet as well with the money .
Sulochna : ( Very angry ) Don't ewant your money ...Here , take it and get the hell out of this house ...
Sulochna keeps all the money back in Teju's bag .
Teju looks at Sulochna with so much hate and leaves .
When Teju leaves, Sulochna breaks down crying .She is crying for Archana that she has to be so unlucky to be facing all this .When she loves her daughters so much then how can she face their hate ? She is very worried how Archana will now live in that house .
Archana is in the Deshmukh house , she is crying and thinking about what her girls said to her .Manav comes in her room .He is looking worried .He sees her crying and shuts the door so that he can talk to her quietly . The news had got to him that their daughters know everything about their mother .he wants to know what the girls said to Archana .
Archana : What can you expect them to say .But in a way it is good that your Aie told them about me being their mother .
Manav : My mother told them ? ( looking confused ) .Why would she do that ?
Archana : Your Aie was the one who brought Ovi and Teju here and she was the one who wanted them to know that I am their mother . I always lived with this fear that one day they would know about everything , now that fear is gone ...and whatever they said to me is absolutely right .If I was in their place ,I would have said the same .
Manav : I can understand what you must be going through ...
Suddenly Savita comes in ( pretending to be looking for Sachu ) .
She sees Manav and Archana talking and she smiles ...Accuses Archana that she is filling her son's ears with lies ..
Manav : A lot can be said Aie , but I don't want trouble so will not say anything .This was going to come out one day so might as well be out now ...
Archana : ( ignoring Savita ) Manav, I will make tea for you ...
She leaves the room , giving a cold look to Savita .Manav also follows his wife out of the room ...
Savita smiles sarcastically seeing how her son and Archana are ignoring her .
Purvi comes to the Deshmukh house .Sundri opens the door and Purvi introduces herself as Purvi Deshmukh . She comes in and does a namaste to Savita ...calling her Aaji .
Savita : Any outsider from anywhere calling me aaji is not acceptable to me .You are just an orphan, What could possibly be our relation anyway . Your mother is here for 3 months , then she will go , so how are we related ?
A worried Purvi is looking at Savita , realizing what kind of a person Archana is dealing with .
Savita : Your mother is something else ...She could not look after her own daughters but picked one up from the road claiming to be her mother .Anyway , I don't want to waste my time talking to you so you leave the house now .
Purvi : I came to see my mother and I am not leaving till I see her .
Savita ( angry ) : I am the owner of this house and I am telling you to leave .
A very angry Archana comes from the room .
Archana : what nonsense you are talking Aie ...
Savita : I did not say anything wrong .You like picking up nobodies from roadsides but we are khandaani people ...we hate such practices ...
Purvi and Archana both want to answer back ..
Purvi : Enough , Just because my mother is not answering back does not mean you can say anything to her . Even though you threw my mother out , I am talking to you with respect and that is because my mother has taught me good manners .
Savita still taunts Purvi and makes fun of her .
Archaan tells Purvi to leave ...
Purvi cries as she is worried sick about her mother .
Archana : It's OK Purvi, I will take care of myself , but you must go now ..I can tolerate her insulting me but if she insults you then I will not be able to bear that .
She begs Purvi to leave and shuts the door behind her .
Savita : Someone picked up from a roadside cannot have any respect ..You insulted me , your mother did and now even this daughter of yours did ..
Archana : Don't you say anything about my daughter .She is as much my daughter as Teju and Ovi .
Savita : You still call Teju and Ovi your daughters ? (smiles ) even after all that beizati .
Archaan : I don't have to ...They are my daughters and the fact that I was the one who gave them birth , can never change , it does not matter what you think ..Infact thanks for telling them that I am their mother and also for calling Purvi my daughter ..My Purvi, my mother mean everything for me and as for Teju and Ovi, yo ugo and fill them with as much venon but there is God up there and he is watching you ...
She tells Savita that for the next three months , this house is as much hers as anyone's ...
Purvi goes to the office .When Punni sees her she gets nervous because Punni is scared what Purvi has told anyone about Punni .
Purvi goes to Manav's office and goes in to see him .
Purvi : baba , do you remember , you promised me that I can ask for anything if I need to .
Manav : Of course I do .
Purvi : I have never asked you for anything ( crying ) but today I will.Please keep my Aie happy in your house . You have no idea how unhappy my mother was in the last 18 years but I have seen everything .How much she missed her family .All my life I prayed that my mother gets her family back ...and now that she is with her family , she is not happy .She will never say this to you but I know she is not happy ..
Purvi starts crying .
Purvi: please support my mother Baba or else she will die ( with folded hands ) .Please take care of my mother , please be there for her .
Manav looking emotional by seeing seeing Purvi begging him like this promises her that he will take good care of her mother and she need not worry anymore .
Precap : Vandita and Manav are talking about Archana .
Vandu : WE have to do something so that Aie will bring Ovi and Teju to this house herself .
Manav :As long as Archana is here , Aie will never bring them here ..
Vandu : You leave this up to me , I will make this happen .
