Yes, poor Purvi indeed, she was literally orphaned all over again today at that party. She cannot pour out her heart to her mom or her Ajji or even Tej. She has no father or brother and the light of her life just blighted her existence into smithereens by getting engaged to her sister. She knows she stands no chance now, her mom and so called baba have been at logger heads and if her love is disclosed will only move further away from each other. The brother is useless to her so the poor girl literally stands alone.
Like I wrote elsewhere, Archana always had Sulo's lap to weep on, who does Purvi have?

Purvi got hit with a whirlwind today - Teju at the party? Baba knowing the other girl? Sisters? Arjun knows them? Both Mother and Aagi knew but didn't tell her? am I missing anything? I get it that Arjun was in a tough spot. He was worried about his father's reputation and isn't blood thicker than water? I had a feeling that was going to happen because when it comes to parents you never want them to be humiliated... unless you are Punni 😆 He was also friends with Ovi for 18 years so I can understand that he feels obligated not to shame her as well. He should have had the talk with them long before but where's the tamasha in that???

That being said - Purvi - give him a slap for me too!!!! Maybe two!!! Arjun - She deserves better!!!

Every guy that has come into Purvi's life so far has hurt her beyond belief. A baba that really doesn't acknowledge her, a brother that hates their relation, a good friend who turned out to be a greedy man that wanted to marry her for her salary and finally the 'love of her life' that broke her heart into a million tiny pieces by getting enagaged to her sister in front of her.

Kash, kash, kash that the writers will bring a true friend for Purvi. Someone that will support her when she needs it, help her fight when she's right and who will hold her when her world is falling apart. A man that will show her that not all men are insensitive bas***ds. Someone with no expectations - just pure friendship. Someone who can be patient and kind to her without ripping her self worth and confidence to shreds. Someone who will help her realize her self worth.
