Arjun's promise

Is it a coincidence that Arjun was the only one who watched Purvi's heartbreak? Yes, he was the only one to whom it mattered the most. But remember his promise as recent as yesterday that he would always be there to solve her problems?

Do you think that promise was a message to us viewers that he will come through after all?

Well, he is her problem currently so hope he finds a solution to this messy situation ASAP or he will lose his spot as the reigning Sir Galahad on the soap.

But Ekta mata has decided to push us off the precipice and leave us hanging to watch how this heartbreak unfolds. I remain optimistic about ARVI, this change in circumstances should solidify their bond and not alter the strength of their feelings for each other.

Hoping the desolate and desperate Majnu will quickly pull out a trick or two to get the love of his life back! Who cares if Purvi wants to become mahaan in the steps of her lovely mother, hope Arjun tells her that she doesn't really love him if she wants to offer him up as the sacrificial lamb at the altar of her Baba's love!

I find it utterly heartbreaking that this comes just two days (or was it one day) after she confesses to him. The poor girl hasn't even gotten a chance to enjoy being in love and her world goes all lopsided.

I've a strong feeling that soon after the announcement, a shocked looking Arjun will take out the ring and say that that he can't go through this engagement ceremony as he loves someone else(ofcourse he won't mention Purvi's name) and that girl is his happiness, his world, his life, his everything and without her there will be no reason for him to live. He'd rather be dead. (this for Purvi's sake so that she'll not be mad with him and feel cheated). He will then turn to Ovi and say that he is sorry but he cannot ever love her or make her happy as he had promised this person (Purvi) his life and it belongs to her and her only. Let the family members and guests figure out who that mysterious person is. Let DK be smart (for once please!) enough to know that it's none other than Purvi. Let the others take their own sweet time. I think that's the reason why Punni is not present at this party. Purvi ofcourse will stand there and listen to everything because if she walks away everyone will suspect and that's the last thing she'd want to happen. Then Arvi can work out this problem. Purvi will definitely won't want her Arjun to get into a loveless relationship. Our dear Arvi can work it out I'm sure with DK's (he caused this situation, so let him rectify it for his son's sake)HELP.

Yes soapwatcher, I do hope our beloved Majnu comes up with a plan to win back his Purvi's trust. Their expressions were so hard to watch. Why is it that everyone acts totally blind when they are sharing a look of pain and torture? Didn't Teju think anything when Arjun turned to Purvi with a look of horror when she came to snatch him over to Ovi? I don't hate Arjun nor do I think I ever can because I have faith that this Romeo will set everything right. More than dealing with Ovi and the clan, he has to steel himself for Purvi's reaction and her possible sacrificial avatar.

Yes! I too agree with namitagloryz tht Arjun, becos he was caught unaware and being in a shock, will put things right immediately after the engagement!!!!!!

Jhanvi, and Namita, I love your posts, and agree with it. I like Arjun as well as Purvi very much, so there is no question of hating. I always believe that Arjun can go end of the world to get Purvi back because he knows that she loves him too. Only Ekta is making me worried because she loves to ruin a fantastic character. Look at Archana, Mrs. Crying Deshmukh.
