Arjun and Purvi reached home and were very happy to see archana and Manav present there. Purvi went and hugged her mother and was not ready to leave archu. Seeing that Purvi was not in a mood to let go off Archana; tej made her presence felt.

"well enough now let us also have a little bit of our aai's love", tej said childishly which made Purvi break off from the hug and she looked at archana trying to figure out the situation.

"don't look like this, we came to know the real truth and are very angry for hating aai so much", tej said, ovi just looked on. Purvi had a bright smile plastered on her face as soon as she heard the news. She went and hugged tej and ovi tightly as tears of joy made their way through her eyes.

After that she went near Manav and took his blessings "Can I call you baba" she asked innocently.

"On one condition if you allow me to call you as my daughter", all laughed at this and purvi-manav shared a father daughter moment.

The first day after marriage was very special for the newly wedded couple. A day that started with a sweet feeling ended with a warm and lovely union. The family called it nights and went to their home while DK and ArVi escorted the deshmukhs till their car.

In Kirdloskar house

"Arjun my boy, how was your day. Must have enjoyed a lot", DK asked Arjun who looked at Purvi both remembering their dance. DK noticed their shyness and understood that something very special occurred between them and so he just dropped off the topic.

"Well I see I am becoming an intruder in your special moments. So goodnight." He said and went away from there.

Arjun Purvi went in their bedroom and again the awkwardness appeared.

"I hate our bedroom. You know it's like jab bhi hum yeh darwaze pe khade hote apne aap hi yeh ajeeb si feelings aa jati hai", Arjun said irritatingly. Purvi burst into fits of laughter, she entered the room and fell on the couch, holding her stomach and breathes to control her giggles.

"Arjun kaisi ajeeb feelings aati hai. Be free my hubby dear I will not eat you up", purvi winked at Arjun. Her boldness caught Arjun off guard and he was left to stand with mouth open.

"close your mouth, makkhi enter karegi warna", purvi once again laughed and this time went near her cupboard to remove her night dress.

"be careful, you are walking like a drunkard. And I am not going to catch you", Arjun said a bit annoyingly.

Purvi came closer to Arjun and seductively placed her hands on his shoulders and with her other hand played with his features. Arjun was dumb to react and was trying to speak but words refused to leave his mouth.

"So if I fall down you won't hold me Mr. Kirdloskar. I am your wife after all if not you then kya padoss ke ladke pakadne aayege", saying so Purvi pushed him away and once again started laughing. Now this was the limit for Arjun, here he was trying to control his emotions and his wife is making him go crazy with her seductiveness, he held Purvi by her arms and held her closer to him.

"No darling pados ke nahin but your hubby will only hold you, after all shaadi ki hai nibhani toh padegi", Arjun pushed her away with a jerk and stood near the dressing table, his face looking sexy with the smirk. Purvi stood there shocked trying to register what happened just now. Arjun came near her and whispered in her ears "close your mouth, makkhi enter karegi warna".

Purvi took her night dress and went in the bathroom mumbling and grumbling some kind words for her hubby who just laughed at her.

Purvi came out of the bathroom and saw Arjun taking his pills, she immediately snatched the bottle from his hands and kept it back in the drawer.

"Purvi please no more mazak, just give it to me. I can't sleep without it", Arjun said, a frown appeared on his forehead.

"well who is telling you to sleep. I want to talk and if you take this pills then I will talk to myself and then you and baba will think I am mad", purvi said.

"Mad, hmmm too short a word for you. Crazy and insane suits you better. And if you don't know then let me tell you, people sleep during night time and not do gup shup" Arjun mocked Purvi.

"buddhu, raat ko baat karne mei bada maza aata hai", purvi excitedly said.

Arjun was now in a teasing mood and so he went closer to Purvi and said "raat ko aur bhi bohot kuch karne mein maza aata hai". Purvi jerked away from him and started blushing, she was so shy that she could not even look up into his eyes "ttuuummm, woh mein I am feeling sleepy. Good night" saying so Purvi grabbed her pillow and lied down on the couch.

"kyu baat nahin karni hai kya. Hey Purvi I am ready" Arjun once again teased her but on getting no reply he gulped his pills and drifted into a sweet sleep.

The next morning Purvi woke up with the sound of vessels, she rushed towards the kitchen to see the source of the voice. And there stood neil with his chef cap trying to cook something.

"neil what are you doing. I mean its 8 and you are here any problem", Purvi asked.

"who bhabhi I mean Purvi actually I was planning to cook something for alia. I mean it's her birthday today so you know cake or halwa"

"OMG I completely forgot. She will kill me if she comes to know that I forgot her birthday. You do one thing just keep aloo busy with work and bring her here at sharp 7'o clock"

Purvi quickly took a shower and got ready in her jeans and kurti and started waking up Arjun. But Arjun being the lazy guy would not move an inch. Purvi went to the kitchen and bought ice water and poured it on Arjun.

Arjun started screaming and without wasting a moment went to the bathroom and stood in the shower for hot water to calm down his cold.

"Purvi what the hell is wrong with you. Do you want to kill me? I mean the water was freaking cold" Arjun barged into the room, his nostrils flaring and eyes red due to anger.

"Don't scream you were not getting up so I used this idea. I needed your help isliye uthaya else I don't mind if you sleep or stay awake" purvi said with equal pitch. Arjun looked at her and signalled her to continue with her talks.

"It's aloo's birthday and I forgot but now I want to give her a surprise and you will be helping me. Done"

"so are you asking for help or you are ordering me" Arjun said "….. and if you are asking then use the polite marker please"

"Arjun please help me" purvi gritted her teeth and said.

After having their breakfast and taking permission from DK to host a party at home ArVi set off to do the preparations. Purvi had called archana and invited the deshmukhs also. Tej and ovi offered to help Arjun purvi in the preparation and so they reached the Kirdloskar house as soon as they got the invitation.

"Purvi can you climb on the stool please I am a little afraid of heights" ovi said and handed the flowers to Purvi. Purvi kept the flowers on the ground and requested ovi to pass them when she needs. Purvi and ovi were doing the decorations very beautifully and without any problem, they continued decorating the hall but there was shortage of flowers and so ovi went to get some more.

"Hey Purvi till ovi comes why don't you adjust that end it looks a bit messy" tej said and went away from there. Purvi also felt the same and so she moved the stool and climbed on it a little nervously as no one was there to hold the stool. As soon as Purvi reached the end, one of the legs of the stool started cracking and before she could come down she lost her balance. Purvi closed her eyes due to fear but all her fears flew away as soon as she felt someone's protective arms around her. She opened her eyes to find a pair of brown eyes staring at her with anger.

"Are you out of your mind purvi? What if something had happened to you? You are just plain dumb, kaun aise bina help liye stool pe chadhta hai" Arjun scolded Purvi.

"I was just trying to adjust the veil of flowers, how am I supposed to know ki the stool is broken" Purvi said and tears made their way out of her beautiful eyes. Arjun felt guilty for blasting Purvi instead of asking her if she was fine.

"I am sorry it's just that I was scared. You were falling down and it was like a bad dream for me" Arjun said, unknowingly expressing his feelings. Purvi stared at him with affection and love and hugged him out of impulse.

"I am sorry, I just got carried away" purvi said shyly and started moving but Arjun held her hand and said "whenever you need me I will always be there for you. I cannot promise you that I will decrease your pain but yes I will help you overcome your pain". There was so much sincerity in his words that Purvi could no longer hold herself and once again hugged him tightly without any shyness or inhibitions. They stood the same for a long time, until they heard someone clearing his throat.

"It would be very nice if you continue your romance after the party" DK said. Purvi was going red due to embarrassment and to avoid the teasing smile on DK's face she went away from there.

"Dad you need any help. I was just going to call the caterers" Arjun tried making up some excuse.

"I called the caterers and so no need to call them again. By the way I am very happy for you" DK said his face glowing with happiness for his son. Arjun hugged his father and went away from there to tease his wife who by now must have become a strawberry.

Purvi was so much engrossed in her work that she did not notice Arjun looking at her intensely. Suddenly she felt hot air blowing on her neck, her heart beats increased as she knew the owner of that breath; she turned around and found Arjun standing 5 feet away from her with a smirk on his face.

"What happened Purvi, looking for someone" Arjun asked innocently.

"Were you standing there only? I mean I thought you were behind uhmmm mera matlab I thought that" Arjun started coming closer, which made Purvi take a step back until she banged on the wall. Arjun moved his hand and took the gift wrapper that was kept on the side table.

"Why you were moving back Purvi. I will not eat you up" Arjun winked at Purvi and went away from there whistling and playing with the wrapper. Purvi once again was dumbstruck and was in a daze until teju snapped her out of her dreamland.

For the rest of the day Purvi avoided Arjun as much as she can, and this irritated Arjun who was trying to tease his wife.

"So Miss Oopss not miss but Mrs Purvi Arjun Kirdloskar is trying to ignore me. Hmmm not a problem, I will also see kab tak who mujhe ignore karegi" Arjun self-thought.

"I will also see how he will tease me now. Kal raat se mujhe tease kar raha hai, kabhi kareeb aata hai toh kabhi dorr. I will go mad if I think about him." purvi murmured

Both of them continued working as anytime Neil would bring alia and so everyone started working at double speed. Finally all was done and it was 6:55 when the birthday girl entered the hall which was all dark. As soon as alia placed her feet in the hall the lights appeared and all started singing happy birthday.

"Happy birthday aloo", purvi went to her friend and hugged her tightly not letting her off. One by one all wished alia and took her to the centre where the cake was kept. Alia cut the cake and shared the first piece with purvi who instead of eating the cake forwarded her hand towards neil.

"next year se toh I will not be the first one, abhi se adat daal de", purvi teased alia who was feeling very shy. The elders particularly archana was shocked at the revelation, she held alia's ears and hit her playfully on her shoulder.

"So that's the reason why madam always wanted to know how she looked before leaving for the college", archana said and all started laughing.

The party went on nicely with little bit of teasing and elders chat, the birthday girl was going red with every teasing and the neil-alia love story became the talk of the youngsters chit chat.

Since the party was held at a very short notice, the dinner was pizza and burgers which was ordered by Arjun. The elders were a bit unhappy with eating pizza but on pleadings from the birthday girl they gave up and enjoyed the angrezi khana. And after lots of begging the elders allowed them to go to the pub and enjoy the night but with a strict warning to contact them if they needed any help.

"Arjun please why are we going to the club? I don't have dresses appropriate for the club", Purvi paced her room for the umpteenth time.

"Purvi please wear your kurti and don't wear salwar, ho gaya modern dress. Aaj kal ladkiya jeans bhul jaati hai. Trust me", Arjun said while applying gel in his hair.

"what a funny joke. not", Purvi said who by now had removed all her dresses but was very upset for not having a single party wear. Tej, ovi and all were screaming at the top of their voices and were asking the couple to come down.

After sometime Arjun and Purvi came down, but Purvi was still sad. On asking the reason for such dull face, Arjun told Purvi's problem and also shared his suggestion.

"dumb kahika, how can kurti become a dress. Purvi we'll go to my place and you select from my dresses", ovi offered help and smacked Arjun. Everyone agreed to it and so it was decided that all would go to the pub and purvi and ovi will come later on.
