Purvi's confession came as a shock. Archana was upset while sulo was angry and alia well she was confused-dumbfound-angry and what not. Archana decided to talk with purvi alone.
"I need to talk to you alone. Come with me", purvi who by now was calm got worried, thinking how to convince archana about her lie. She along with archana went to her bedroom, where she cooked up a false story about how she n Arjun hated each other, and then started feeling something. She even mentioned that she was just convincing Arjun to forget her, but vinay n all thought wrong about them being locked. Archana was not convinced with Purvi's story but decided to go with her n support her. Before that she decided to ask alia about it. She went out n saw alia pacing around worriedly.
"alia whatever purvi told is correct or no", alia who herself was confused looked up at purvi, who signalled her to tell yes.
"uhmm aunty who yes, purrrvii iss tttelling the ttruth", she faltered in her speech, but conceived as if she is afraid. Archana told sulo what purvi had told her, while alia just shot dagger at purvi who meekly smiled at her as if asking to be with her in this drama.

The next morning DK, along with Manav, tej n ovi landed in India. Arjun n neil were waiting for them, when they noticed them coming. Arjun waved at DK,Manav, tej n ovi and rushed to meet them. He hugged his father n greeted the rest formally.
"dad how are you. Missed u soo much. Manav uncle, glad u came. Andi tej n ovi welcome to india", he said everything in one go
"thanks beta. Even I m happy to c u after so many years", said DK. Ovi who was waiting for a chance to go near Arjun, hugged him and left a kiss on his cheeks "I missed u so much. You did not missed me, no phone calls no chatting. I am upset" she said and made a puppy face. Tej who was annoyed with this lovey dovey conversation said "please , Barbie doll can v do this fake drama at home, I m feeling sleepy n tired", she said n snapped ovi out of her dreamland.
"I think we should go n take some rest. Tej is right. Lets go", Manav said n made his way to the car, whose driver neil😆(sorry lola123 for making your crush a driver😆) was waiting for them for so long.
"hello driver, keep the luggage in the dickey", tej said as she adjusted herself at the front seat. Neil who was angry opened his mouth to clear the confusion, but was stopped by Arjun.
"tej, its neil my best friend-my brother-my", Arjun was interrupted by tej "bas bas I got it, no need to explain in detail. Sorry bro, my mistake". neil drove off after every1 had seated themselves.

Archana had decided to talk to arjun's parents n wanted to fix the alliance. She called at arjun's house, where she learned that his father was coming back today. Thinking it to be the best opportunity, she choose to go and meet him in evening.
"purvi, what is all this about", alia asked purvi who was cleaning her wardrobe
"shh talk slowly", purvi went n closed the door and window of her bedroom before continuing "I am not going to spare thet jerk, even if it means spoiling my own life", purvi said as if spitting venom.
"woah calm down. And what about ur take on marriage. You believe in happily ever after. Isn't it"
"I do, but now no more, vinay instead of listening to me trusted what was shown to him. it was all because of Arjun, but now I will turn that fake act into real. I will torture him so much that he will forget to play such games with a girl's life"
"I m not talking about Arjun, it's about you as well. If suppose this marriage is cancelled as well, then what will you do. What will aunty do, won't she feel hurt"
"I will never let that happen. He will have to bear me for eternity", purvi said "now close this topic. I m just thinking how will he come out of this mess" and laughed thinking about arjun's plight, while alia sighed in defeat.

DK was sitting in his study room and talking with Manav on his phone, when the servant came to infom him about some women's arrival.
"I will call you later Manav. Someone's waiting for me. Bye", he disconnected the call and went to see who was there to meet him. he saw a women, in a pale blue sari standing near the sofa, her back towards him.
"yes, please who are you", he asked as a gentlemen. The woman turned around and was shocked to see the person standing in front of her.
"DK sir aap, I mean Arjun aap ka beta hai", she said surprise written on her face. Even DK was surprised to see her. "archana, what a pleasant surprise. How come you are here." Archana smiled at her luck, and concluded to tell DK about her visit. She told him everything about Arjun n Purvi, while DK listened to what she had to say. He was happy that Arjun loved archana's adopted daughter, and was even happier with the fact that his son was in love. He remembered Ashna and archana's talk during their happier days.
Flashback
"archana, you know what. Instead of this friendship business, we will get our children's married n become sambdhis. What do you think? Your eldest daughter and my eldest son. its my dream to have a daughter-in-law who will have your sanskar "
"absolutely Ashna ji, we should do this, but first we should specifically give birth to a daughter(pointing towards herself), and a son(pointing towards ashna)",
"ha, that is true" both ladies laughed while the men listened to their wife's talk and shook their head in disbelief
"DK sir where were you lost", archu snapped him out of his world
"oh nothing remembering Ashna n your conversation, about getting our children married. See its coming out to be true", DK said as tears dwelled up in his eyes. Archana who was unaware of anything decided to ask him. but before she could ask, DK said "she is no more", archana was stunned and shocked, she just placed her hand on DK's shoulder as if consoling him.
"I know, just got carried away. Now it's Arjun for whom I live. I met you after so many years and now Purvi will be my daughter-in-law, so I am double happy", he said. Both archana and DK shook hands for finalising this alliance.

DK, wanted to surprise Arjun and so stayed awake till late night for Arjun to return from manav's place.
"Dad you are still awake. Any problem", Arjun asked worriedly as he entered the house, but DK just hugged him and said "I am so happy that you finally found your love. Archana came and told me about you and purvi. And I am so happy, that you love purvi"
Arjun was now shocked; he understood that its Purvi's doing but decided to nullify her plan. Before he could open his mouth destiny played its own game, DK said "Ashna always wanted Archana's eldest daughter as her Daughter-in-law, you know archana and Ashna were best friends. So what if Purvi is adopted, she is still archana's eldest daughter and I am glad ashna's dream is being fulfilled" Dk once again hugged his son and cried his heart out. Arjun who was going to deny purvi's story was now flabbergasted, his mother's wish how he could not fulfil his mother's dream. He decided to go with the marriage. "yes dad. I do love Purvi, but I thought you will be upset and so I hid this fact from you. But now that both my parents are happy, I am over the moon", Arjun faked happiness .

Archana went home and announced the joyous news, about Arjun-purvi's rishta. Purvi faked happiness and hugged her mother. Archana than told sulo n purvi who arjun's father was and about ashna's death. Hearing about the death, Purvi was numb and realised why Arjun got angry and played this game, she decided to clear this mess. But after hearing archana-ashna's wish she decided to hide her lie and continue with this marriage.
