Brief Update
Manav and Archana see each other .There is a scene in which the old Manav and Archana ( when they were young ) walk towards each other .They are both crying and hugging . But in reality they are just standing and looking , Archu is crying and Manav totally freezes . The manager comes in .
Manav tells the manager that Archana's termination has been taken back and the reason of his coming to India was to get the employess reinstated ...Archu is very hurt to hear this, she thanks Manav and leaves . Manav is confused why he behaved this way and why he blanked out seeing her .He says that he should have confronted her but then if he has no feelings for her then why bother .
Savita calls Manav , she is worried if he met Archana .Manav gets angry and tells her that he hates Archana .Archu is walking out of the office , Purvi goes after her calling her Aie.Manav sees this and is shocked . Archu goes home and breaks down crying in front of Sulochna .Sulo immediately figures out that she is missing Manav .
Rasika tells Manju not to put too many restrictions on Punni or else she will become rebelious . Manav is going back to the airport looking depressed but says that Archana has moved on and has got married and a he should not feel bad as it is over between them .Teju wants to see pictures of Chawls in India , she shows them to Savita who gets uncomfortable...
Archu is looking at the album , she remembers Ovi and Teju , she panics and calls her office for Manav .They tell her that Manav has left for Canada .Archu takes a taxi . Manav looks back one last time and then goes through the security check . Archana gets to the airport but finds out that Manav's flight has left and she was too late .

DK is saying to Manav that if he has no feelings for Archana then why did he cancel the Indian deal and is putting Arjun's career at risk . He tells him that so what if Archana moved on because he too had moved on ...Manav is looking very worried ...
