Archana has always loved and respected Savita from the get go. Even when Savita was abusive to Archana, she tolerated it all for Manav. I'm very sure if Savita made Archana hide something from her mother or Manav, Archana would listen to her defintiely.

I hated when Varsha went to wake up Soham after Archana asked her not to, poor Soham was sleeping comfortably and she went and woke up him up. I just hope the comment Manju made doesn't make anyone feel sorry for Varsha, she had her chance to adopt but she didn't. I just keep hoping the CVs don't go for another baby giving track, when Varsha referred to herself as Soham's aunt I thought good progress is being made then Manju made her comment I thought on no. There will always be that doubt in the back of my mind that the CVs will have Archana act mahaan and give away her child

I would hope Savita is smarter than that, she has to know that Rasika is trying to turn her against Archana and she shouldn't let that happen. She has seen what a good daughter in law Archana has been to her, she knows how Rasika can be so she shouldn't be naive. When it comes to Vandu though, I can see Rasika accomplishing her goal as no mother can see their child suffer. Manav needs to be wise, he saw the empty liquor bottle and he saw the bruises without Archana telling him I am sure he has his suspicions about what is going on. Manav should open an account and deposit the money in Vandu and her daughter's name, or give the rent money directly to the man in charge. No money should come into Ajit's hands nor should he and Rasika know anything about it.

I'm sure Archana would do something like this. However, she should remember the trauma they all went through just recently which was the result of hiding things from your spouse because someone asked you to, especially a parent (Sulochana).

If Archana were to do this for Savita, she would only be bringing more trouble unto herself. This is one opportunity the CV's have where they can show Archana has learnt from her mistakes and has matured. The same way she has stood up to Savita in the past, out of love, she can be shown to be doing it again now. Remember recently Archana tried to stop Savita from wasting her money with the kitty party. She told Manav when he walked in on their conversation, and it was he who told Archana to let Savita spend her money how she wants.

This time, to solve that problem, Archana needs to tell Manav about Vandu's abuse and many problems will be solved then. I'm sure Savita won't be so eager to buy a house for Vandu if she is aware of how abusive Ajit is towards Vandu. You saw how disapproving Savita was of Ajit when he came for dinner. She said at least her damaad is in his senses today! She doesn't like his drinking. She'll hate him abusing her daughter!!!
