Hey Kools, congrats and here are my quick questions to you!

1.) A serial, a book and a movie that inspired you/forced you to ponder deeply. The serial LifeLine ...by Sai Paranjpe [ its an old serial , it was on resident doctors] , book... The Namesake By Jhumpa Lahiri [ I did not LIKE it but it made me ponder deeply on the status of immigrant children] and movie ...Ghar . { Rekha Vinod mehra] in which the issue of RAPE affecting marraige was first addressed in India.

2.) A serial, book and a movie that you can see again and again. Udaan by Kavita chowdhary ...an old serial . Yes , I wud like to see it again if possible . It was not a romantic serial but about an ordinary girl wanting to be an IPS officer in a male oriented society and achieving it .

Book ...I read Tagore and Austen EVERY YEAR just so I can understand them better as each year passes . I perceive them differently each year . Pride and Prejudice and Chokher bali r my favorite books . Read them every year once .

Movie : Amar Akbar Anthony . Any time , any day .

3.) If you get a chance to make a serial and a movie, what would it be on or what genre would it belong to? They wud have to name a genre after me . 😉 I wud make one on a very controversia SOCIALl issue as Controversy Thy name is Kools .😆 The subject wud be horrifying and fascinating both and trust me niks the TRPS wud NEVER fall .😆 For instance , Marital rape .

But I wud like to do Horror and Psycho thriller too . Romantic ...Pah .

4.) Your all time favourite writer. Austen , Tagore , Wodehouse , Agatha Christie . all 4 equally.

5.) The first book which comes to mind when you think of the following characters:

Archana When she pulled Sulo's asthma pump out of her purse on wedding day and ran to her when Sulo got the attack while dancing .

Manav When he threw water on the mirror when his baby died .

Savita When she told Shravani to be quiet [ without getting angry , just quietly and reflectively] and not say anything to Archana after Archu fought with Rasika at that Lavni dance party

Sachu When he got angry for Soham being kept away ...

Sulochana When she decided to rectify her mistake by selling jewllery and educating Archu

Manohar When he decided that a mechanic was good enough for his ninth standard daughter

Damodar When he drank and went to plead with Archana to return when Archu was taken away by sulo on 15th day...the fIRST time he spoke to Archu as sasur as such and later told Manav ...sHe touched my feet , she respects me ...

Varsha When she did Savitas izzat aarti in open market [ The First Varsha }

Satish When he gave Manav the license although he had slapped Varsha .

7.) If Pavitra rishta had to be made into a film, who would be the actors you would choose to play the following?

Archana Madhuri { young one}

Manav Ajay Devgan [ Ripped } and he wud have a cig clenched between his teeth as he repaired cars { and he wud answer with swear words in every sentence}

Mano Baba Anupam Kher [ without his OTT comedy}

Savita Mita Vasisht {No one can replace Usha Nadkarni .But this actress is talented and has todate played SEDATE roles , I wud give her this one as a challenge >]

Damo Baba Irfan khan . He wud make a superb cynical witty drunk

Shravani Rani Mukherjee

AND THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION:
