It is not that she is doing a bad job or anything .. but she can do a much better job than what she is doing right now ..

Like I said , sometimes I feel she is doing a good job , but sometimes I don't get that mom-son vibe at all .. more like an elder sis or a relative .

Yes I am also disappointed at the lack of Manav-Soham scenes - but this is easier to dismiss as manav is depicted as being very busy with work... coming home late when Soham would be asleep etc etc... I'm not saying this is ideal - but it's a loophole the CVs can use to justify the lack of Manav-Soham scenes

Ankita fans...I am NOT trying to attack the actress or belittle her acting skills - I simply pointed out my opinion: (a) there is no connection between archana and her sons in the few scenes that are shot ... and (b) BUT within these few scenes - I get the feeling that the actress is simply NOT doing a good job of protraying maternal behaviour to Soham or Sachin - because the right type of chemistry is simply not there...! She behaves more like their elder sister than their mother - this is the wrong kind of chemistry! This in no way means that she is not capable or talented - it simply means that she is ... for whatever reason ... NOT DOING IT!!! And it's easy enough to blame the CVs or poor directing for this too... but logically ... the actress is a professional ... and with that comes knowledge of what is expected from a mother-son scene/ interations... so it does not add up to me ...This is my opinion - and I stand by it... with no offence intended to anyone...!
