One more wild guess--- entry of a new doctor (gynaec) who will save Archu's life. Manav and Archu will be indebted to her, everyone will start liking her, invite her home, say 'beti beti'.

You see..we got our bad news...

We saw many reason for the MC..

Savita giving..Sachu..the locket...all familly D happy..Medicine throw away..ect..Archu .bad situation till the beginning of her pegnancy...

but I had great great hope on Savita..really..but unfortunately..this option also fall down..

I very sad..😔 cause Archu(as woman) don't deserve that...she is so good to have this punishment...not to have her own child..It will be very hard for Manv too 😔
