both the threads are open threads and anyone can come and have their opinion about the episode and afterall its the votes which decide a winner,
As you said ur getting 60 plus votes in each thread
if one start counting i dont think he/she will find 60 active users participating in any other thread anywhere in the forum apart from written updates.
The forum is like our family and no one can divide us,ppl here may have different views but everyone respects each other,i dont know why r u feeling like sotd and fotd are dividing the members here,the reality is that these are connecting the ppl.

I think this is one such discussion that members need to have. this sort of 'division' has been quite evident for a while now, and it has esclated to the point of hurting and driving away members.

Tiya , I was worried for a while but the mods have assured me that SOTD and the other thread is not at all the cause of any division anywhere ... They are just threads where people come and vote if they want , simple ....

i was not shocked to see tht archana was star of day.................. i thnk she iz better than manav at that day thts why i hv voted her...... i thnks tht manav has to believe archana bcz in past he had done a same mistake.

I was not a member, just a person reading the posts and thread of some talented people and felt that i would become a member too. I have no friends in my buddy lists and no particular thread at heart. I'm more ArMan fan than Archana or Manav fan. For me they are one. My routine on the forum was reading Commentary of Kool, SOTD and FOTD and some fun threads that i've come to like due to some members wittiness and unique sense of humor.But now I'm regretting being a member.
I'm shocked by this thread. Tanyaz, the fairest and sweetest person on this forum, who tries every time to bring peace, is being directly or indirectly blamed.
I know some people are hurt that Kool's commentary are not there but it has been the member's choice to stop.Saying that Archana/ArMan lovers pushed her out of the forum is just so unfair. It is a fact that Commentary thread became like a battlefield some days before it was stopped and it was not ArMan fans who did it. Accusing ppl voting in SOTD and FOTD of biases when everybody has his/her own biases going by what i have been reading as a non participative person is plainly ridiculous. Those who dont want to post is their own personal choice.
I've voted for Archana as star and Manav as fool but i love both ARMAN. Does it make me a fanatic and should my vote be controlled as if i am a dimwitted person not able to make sense of what i am doing?
I am sorry to say that the topic opener has not been following the show and the trend in neither SOTD nor FOTD. Manav has not always been fool and Archana has not always been star. I see this thread as only a means to show one's frustrations. All TV shows are most of the time so stupid and regressive, not only PR but the leads are very popular and liked. However this is the only forum where the leads are so bashed.
This is a forum where there are different people of different attitudes and perceptions. We must accept it instead of telling in between the lines that, i am superior n like to discuss the show realistically (wat is there to discuss realistically in such unrealistic show beats me) while those who are just having fun are plainly stupid.
I like both. I like reading the witty posts as well as the realistic ones but nowadays i'll go with the witty ones because there are instances where Ankita is being confused with Archana and Sushant with Manav. A clear example was in FOTD which was closed unfairly because some are really having problems separating fiction from reality.
At the end of the day, i would like to know, how am i viewed? I guess definitely a fanatic because i am defending ArMan or Archana

I dont think so. first of all, as you say, its a personal choice, the topic starter isnt CALLING out names or mentioning anything of that sort. The point is that, some members feel hurt at the divison and dont feel comfortable discussing the show as a whole, for the fear of getting bashed. hence they leave. from your own words, above, you seem talk of arman. many like me, talk of the show as a whole, which doesnt happen often. People vote her for looking gud in tat particular episode or say looking cute in tat yellow sari bt no one actually vote 4 tat guy/gal who does somethng meaningful 😆 in tat episode.

Realistic views r no longer considered only matters is fictional characters who does somethng bakwass every episode n get votes on thier fan bases & if u oppose tat u ll b thrown out of d forum 😆
