@ Soni I dunno dear wat has happened 2 me. I've been having mild pains 2 days back after swimming like a mad but yesterday was horrible. I'm still unable 2 sit properly.

hey it was same scene where Manav comes to home after getting beaten up and archu getting scolded by dat rude chawl woman and dey both hide dere tears frm one other if i'm not wrong rem Archu wears pink saree lollll

Jaanu, if u knw yoga, then do some backward bending asanas. If u dont, then go for a brisk walk. You'll feel better.

U need to do some exercises for the sore back. Im a yoga trainer.. 😉
