first thing first why is Archana not invovled in these conversations FBD, Jay and Satish are having..She is a supervisor and abv Jay..She should be part of all the communications between MGMT..

no it is not coconut bread although i did buy some in the bakery...

the grated coconut is cooked in a pot with lots of sugar and spices and some red coloring added and then it is spread on a flattened out dough and then rolled and baked, then some sugar is sprinkled out on top..btw where are u from jasmine?
